Aaron goes in-depth with the BlackBerry Q10, the QWERTYfied version of the Z10. Specs-wise, the Q10 offers a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 3.1-inch HD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 2,100 mAh battery, 4G LTE, and BlackBerry 10.
While the keyboard is absolutely fantastic and BlackBerry 10 is a nice refresh, the Q10 brings a very tired design back into the spotlight at a price point that is (in some cases) higher than the current industry heavyweights. In a marathon, you run to pass your competitors, not run alongside them - and despite the improvements, I'm concerned that this isn't going to appeal to those invested in Android and iOS. Can it win over buyers outside of existing (and often very loyal) BlackBerry users? Part 1 of 2.
