My 30 day challenge with Samsung's flagship device is complete, and I bet you're wondering whether I'm going to keep it, or ditch it for something else. I've carried Samsung devices for some time, and I appreciate the software benefits that TouchWiz brings to stock (and otherwise, pretty boring) Android. Galaxy S 4 brings even more to like for many consumers - features like Air View and Smart Scroll, and an improved processor and HD display.
I wouldn't consider myself to be a storage hog, yet even for me, it has been a challenge to keep within the 9.62 GB of available internal storage space. There's also a lot of lag on the US Galaxy S 4. I didn't see this on the Galaxy S III or Note II, but I see it all too often on this device - and it's unacceptable that a phone with a quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, and a $200 (on contract) price tag can't keep up.
My BIGGEST pet peeve on a mobile device is lag, so until it's fixed, I'll have to move to the HTC One or iPhone 5. Stay tuned for the next 30 day challenge!
