After months of rumors, leaks, and crazy code names, the BlackBerry PlayBook is finally on retail shelves.  Specs-wise, it's quite the machine - 1 GHz dual-core Cortex A9 CPU, 7-inch display, 5-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, 3-megapixel front-facing camera, and 1 GB of RAM.  Available as a Wi-Fi-only device, it can be had in 16, 32, and 64 GB flavors for $499, $599, and $699, respectively.
