The good: Easy-to-use interface, crisp LCD screens, voice-dial feature, decent camera, average battery life.
The bad: Poor volume control--I often find it hard to hear the person on the other end of the line with the volume set on high
Summary: A solid offering from LG and not a disappointment by any means, but I would have liked to see the sound tweaked a bit more. All in all, I would definitely recommend this phone to a friend.
The good: good phone, has a lot of updated features such as text message, camera phone, voice recorder, etc. Easy to dial wide keypad.
The bad: Doesn't have connection usb data..which means no downloads from computer makes it bad. When you would like to get ringtones and wallpaper, you must buy them. Also the ring is not loud enough even when you have it on highest setting.
Summary: Good phone, has many updated features, I received mine free so that is why I selected it. The battery is good holds a charge for a long time. No usb input output so that is a big drawback.
The good: Easy to read numbers (for those who usually wear reading glasses)
Has rubber bumper around casing -great if you drop it, because it absorbs the impact
Easy to use buttons
The bad: I keep inadvertantly setting it to vibrate rather than ring, due to the position of the button on side of phone
Summary: Very good all around cell phone. Comfortable, easy to use and read, clear/bright/sharp color screen
The good: Usually quite reliable. Pretty good experience with their customer service. Call anyone with T-mobile anytime for no extra charge. Nice clear communication.
The bad: Sometimes service goes out and won't come back for hours. Night-time minutes start at 9.
Summary: Well, for the most part the service is reliable. What gets quite annoying, though, is that every once in a while it's next to impossible to get a signal. I don't know what causes it, but we usually use it at home and it works fine, but sometimes out of the blue, you can get nothing and this can last for hours. You can drive around all you want. You just have to wait until it's ready. I also wish the night-time minutes could start at 7 o'clock like sprint.
The good: great phone support fast no waiting, unlimited texting picture messages for 19.95
The bad: limited amount of ring tones you can purchase through t-zones
Summary: Over all great cell phone service. I am currently signed up for a family plan with unlimited texting for just 19.95 and it covers all three phones, much cheaper than I've seen other services offer ... total bill a month for 3 phones is less than 100.00 and received 3 free flip phones.
The good: great company
The bad: not enough ring tones
Summary: The service that they give is great! I got a great deal! I'm a truck driver I got the national plane. It is great I get to call home for free to talk with my wife and kids for free! I love Alltel services.
The good: it's a great phone
The bad: it isn't blue tooth
Summary: I love my phone. I had some problems with my first one, but I still love it.
The good: great service and great people
The bad: none
Summary: Cingular is a great phone service and has a very helpful staff
The good: Awesome looks and durability. Very crisp, clear sound and smooth operation.
The bad: I lose signal almost everywhere around my town. I don't like how it drops calls. I also find it hard to get signal in my own home.
Summary: I like the look and over-all operation of this phone. It has some really great features as well and fun games too. But I do not like the reception I get and I think it's from the antenna.
The good: sleek style, nifty features, great recpetion where I am, very durable
The bad: my buttons stick, screen scratches easily
Summary: overall a great phone, probably will upgrade in a year when my contracts up but overall very satisfied
The good: Great Service,Customer Service is Great.
The bad: So Expensive compared to all the other carrier's.
Summary: Verizon Wireless is a good company. When I called wondering about why my cell phone was not working. They told me to do all these things and it worked. But the bill goes around the $100s and is very expensive compared to T-Mobile or Cingular. The Cell Signal is great and works all over Arlington. Recommended for Bussiness'.
The good: great all around service,no dropped calls, great tech and customer support, good phones
The bad: have changed razor phone once already due to malfunction of the phone.
Summary: Verizon is the best cell service I have ever had. I can call from anywhere and NEVER have a dropped call, there customer service is the best and am very happy with them
The good: small and compact, easy to use, cool screensaver,I love the voice response system which is also very easy to use and I use it all the time
The bad: Very basic, No speaker phone, ringer does not ring very loudly when you have it as high as it can go,
Summary: I like the size and style of this phone But even when I have the volume up as loud as it can, many times I miss a call when I am out in public places as I can not hear it ring. Many times in public places like grocery stores it does not recieve a signal that a call is coming in.. But . The only other feature this phone is missing is a speaker phone.
The good: I have had this phone for about a year and it does everything I want it to. I don't need all the gadgets and tones. Just a good working cell phone.
The bad: I do wish it picked up a better range. And that the company had a broader range for service but right now it works fine.
Summary: I would buy this phone again. It would be great for a child also. You can find covers for it on EBay all day long. It also stays charged for a very good time too.
The good: I love the color and it has a lot of features. It's pretty small and takes good pictures.
The bad: There's not many cases made for this phone.
Summary: Overall it's a nice phone. You can use any case that will fit.
The good: Extensive service area, few dropped calls in a rural setting.
The bad: No real cons.
Summary: Alltel has provided us with top-notch service. We live in a rural setting, which is also very hilly, so having a service with few dropped calls is amazing! We have never had any issues that were not resolved in a quick manner. Very good service, would recommend highly!
The good: Customer Service is friendly and works with you.
The bad: Service coverage.
Summary: Although T-mobile is known for their customer service, what's the point if you can't call them? I don't get service frequently inside buildings, and only on the second floor of my home. I have also not received voice and text messages, sporadically.
The good: Good memory, mp3 player, great quality photos, picks up signals well, decent battery life
The bad: shutter speed on camera is extremely slow, cannot make mp3s into ringtones, freezes up sometimes, no expandable memory slot, samsung-specialized earphones required, no speakerphone
Summary: This phone is not quite a 3G phone, but has some very cool features. It comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera with a decent flash, but the shutter speeds are so slow at the high quality, that the 1.3 megapixels are more or less unusuable. The mp3 player is decent because the phone has 100 mb internally out the box, but it is definitely not an ipod replacement because there is no expandable memory slot. the screen is awesome because its so huge and because its 262K. The reception is very good so this is definitely a phone that you might want to get.
The good: great service
The bad: warranty
Summary: Verizon Wirelees is the carrier I have had for 5 years. I have very few dropped calls and always seem to have reception where ever I go. I just wish they had roll over minutes and a better warranty service.
The good: It is easy to use.
The bad: There is a button on the leftside that I am always hitting and it make the sound go down when I hit it.
Summary: Overall it is a great little cell phone. It holds a charge good too.
