The good: pretty good coverage
The bad: lots of drop outs
Summary: Been with Verizon for over 4 yrs and their customer service is pretty good. They go out of their way to be helpful but I travel between LA and SF once a month on Hwy 5 and I get a lot of dropouts on the road which is very annoying and even a few here in the bay area.
The good: very slim, good reception
The bad: camera is low resolution
Summary: If you want a sexy phone, look no further. I have no real problems with this phone, it works very well. They only thing i would gripe about is that the camera is very poor compared to some other newer model phones.
The good: Size is perfect for me. I have had no problems getting reception
The bad: No problems
Summary: I love this phone Where I live is a rural area and I have tried several phone and this one works best
The good: Small, thin, bright display.
The bad: Limited Bluetooth functionality
Summary: We just purchased four of these phones yesterday. Will probably end up returning them because of the limited Bluetooth functionality.
It only supports the "headphone" profile.
You cannot transfer data (photos) to/from the phone and your computer with Bluetooth.
Also, a data cable does not appear to be an option (not available for this phone on the Samsung Web site). Therefore the only way to transfer photos off of the phone is by emailing from the camera (at a cost of 25 cents each). It appears that they (Cingular / Samsung) have intentionally limited the file transfer functionality so you must use the network to get your photos. Other phones allow file transfers at this price point...don't buy this phone if you take a lot of photos. This is a major disappointment and ripoff!
The good: This phone can take a royal beating. It lasted me a very long time and even survived the wash machine. It has quick responce time and is VERY small and slim! Great cheap flip phone.
The bad: sometimes it can freeze
Summary: If you want a cheap reliable phone, this is the way to go. It lasts forever, is very light and you can drop it many many times before it will break on you!
The good: small, itunes
The bad: buttons are tiny
Summary: The phone itself is convenient to carry around and the itunes add-on is a pretty sweet deal. Can use it as mp-3 when working out.
The good: Looks great, small, great camera.
The bad: Scratches easily.
Summary: I purchased my Motorola C261 at Walmart in red, and I absolutely love it. It's pretty small for the cheap price that I had bought it for, and also takes better pictures than I had thought it would. I don't usually use a cell phone too often, but I feel better having it around just in case. I decided to go with a cheap one with a built in camera, and I proudly say, I made the right decision. The only problem I have with it is that the screen can be easily scratched, but maybe that's my fault for not keeping it in the cell phone case when I throw it into my purse.
The good: nice screen picture, one-hand usage, cool design
The bad: slides up and down to open, flip phones are easier
Summary: great phone, cool design and nice picture screen, I like it a lot...
The good: great phone no signal
The bad: great phone
Summary: When i try to use my phone at home it is very hard to get a signal.any where else that i use my cell i get a pretty good signal.it usually comes and goes
The good: easy to use for even the technologically challenged (which I'm not.)

The bad: it doesn't like to get reception.
can't hear other people well enough.
speakerphone it grainy too.

Summary: I have had this phone for about 19 months, and it has been consistant in not getting good reception in certain areas. I know this for a fact becuase my husband has a diiferent phone with the same carrier, and I have to use his if I need to make a call! Very frustrating!
It looks nice, a little bigger than other phones, therefore you feel like you're holding an actual phone; it holds up well for the amount of time and usage it has gone through; the display is really simple.
To be perfectly honest, I hate my phone and am searching for another, but it would be great if it got reception and I could hear whom I'm speaking with. It might be a good phone for your kid/s.
The good: Can get service anywhere, even in my house which is not normal
The bad: They quarter you to death, they charge you for everything that you do on the phone
Summary: As I said it is a good service bit they charge for everything that you do. Sometimes it is hard to get refunds from them. But over all very good plan will stay for now.
The good: Blue buttons, camera, small, very popular, has all the extras on it
The bad: sometimes turns off when you dont want it to, scratches easily
Summary: I love my cell phone but there could be better. I take my cell phone everywhere.I dont know what I would do without it. But sometimes it just dont want to work the way I want it to. I would like to have a cell phone that accually stays on when I want it on and goes off when I want it to go off.
The good: new and new options on it
The bad: reception stinks..to many drops for NO reason
Summary: my old phone same company i could sit in a walk in cooler and talk...this one i cant even be in my own house with out it dropping
The good: The payment plan is perfect for me!
The bad: Can't pick up/send calls in all places (mostly country areas). In one house in the same city I live-can't receive or send calls.
Summary: I spent a lot of money on another phone and did not use all the minutes with no carry-over. Need to be able to use the phone in different areas at all times.
The good: verizon has been wonderful to me and my husband.. we love the service, have no complaints what so ever.. i'll never switch again.... they are awesome
The bad: really have not found any.... we are very happy with our service
Summary: we've been with verizon since dec of 05... we have had nothing but wonderful service... atleast we have found a good, honest cell phone company...
The good: Consistant. I only have 1 very small (about 1/2 mile area) that I get any dropped calls. I am aware of the problem area and work around it. This carrier's plan is up front and plainly written. No hidden small print.
The bad: Don't really have any problems.
Summary: For good service and no hidden small print in the contract, think about checking out US Cellular.
The good: Great Coverage, great quality, easy to use voice mail and the free roaming is wonderful.
The bad: None
Summary: I have used other carriers and none compares to Cingular. The coverage is first rate and their willingness to allow for you to roam onto competing networks when need be makes coverage even better. Their roll over is a genius addition.
The good: Good company that is customer friendly and service oriented.
The bad: Wish they had a larger service area and didn't have to depend on other carriers. You can really tell a difference when you leave their service area in terms of dropped calls and the clarity of calls, (sometimes have bad connections and echos when using other carriers but not with US Cellular.)
Summary: Have used US Cellular for 11 years and they are a great company. No problems with service or their service people. They have few dropped calls and great service plans. I think their rates are reasonable also. I will continue to use them.
The good: easy to use
The bad: few features
Summary: This isn't your top-of-the-line, feature packed camera phone with bells, whistles and games. This is your basic cell phone for those of us who primarily use a cell phone to TALK. It does a fine job with that task.
The good: Light weight, small
The bad: Somewhat bulky for it's size.

Summary: The smooth exterior is almost to smooth.
Kind of slips out of your hand while talking.
But is a great phone otherwise.
Compact and portable. A Great phone for on the go.
