great build, great software, overall a good phone,
been using it for a while, and i loved it. On the othe hand, a 32 gb version would be even better
I had been with T-Mobile for 4 years and I never had any major trouble. I have had phone problems but that is because of the phone itself. Customer service and reps have been good to me. BUT I am fed up with the contract and the price. I have found a company that uses the same exact service and shares the same towers as T-Mobile but I pay $49 for unlimited everything and I have 4gb data, not the 500 MB T-Mobile is offering on their $50 no contract unlimited deal. Also I have as much data as their $70 plan. I use to have only 2.5gb now I have 4gb no contract and I love it! please email me jpsolavei84@gmail.com and I can help you do the same!
I have been using Cricket for a little over a month. Love the value. $60/month for unlimited everything compared to my $120 with Verizon. Call quality has been okay as I have had only 2 dropped calls in the time I have been with them and so far no major concerns with customer service. I get texts several days before reminding me to top up so I don't have service interruptions.
I am coming from a Galaxy S3 Android phone and before that I had the iPhone 4G. The Z10 is a fantastic phone. The Z10 works great, the functionality and size are fantastic. My e-mail and phone was hacked twice with the S3 and I like that the Z10 is known to be serious about security. It compares with the S3 and iPhone very nicely. Great intuitive keyboard too!
I THINK HTC IS MUCH BEST THAN OTHER PHONES IN EVERY DETAIL. BUT OTHE ONLY ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN HTC IS REMOVABLE BATTERY FOR ME THAT IS THE ONLY LACK.
J The one thing I like in HTC FONES IS ITS DURABILITY DROPS RESISTANCE AND OVERALL HARDENESS. THAS IS SECOND HTC , MY SOON IS STILL USING MY LAST HTC AND I'M NOT PLANNING TO CHANGE, BECAUSE I NEED A GREAT MODERN PHONE BUT ALSO THE ONE THAT A CAN RELAY
I chose this phone because, the app availability is so great, good display, big battery, good processor and because of the point that it is so beautiful phone.

My wife was cooking and was trying to find a towel so she could answer the phone and she decided to use the wave feature and she was amazed that it worked very well she also like the FACT that she can stroll up and down pages with her eyes and I love the remote feature I asked her to trade me for my note 2 and $100 and she said no. We really like this phone .
The s4 is Great. awesome hardware, great software. too bad some of the saftware doesnt like working... air view... but over all great phone, wish samsung would start putting exynos processors bak in the galaxy s series.... and prehaps more ram considering only about 1.5 is available, and the phone constantly uses about 1 gb the entire time....
This phone starts up in about 8 seconds. Really solid built, and works well. Its a little smoother than the S4. My only issue is the terrible Sync software it came with. Other wise no issues after a month.
Sold white iPhone 5 to get it. I love the iPhone 5 but the limitations of iTunes took the fun out of it for me. This is my first HTC and It was worth every penny. I dropped it a bunch of times now finally have a case on it. This thing can take a hit. I hope the Galaxy S5 is better built and more thought out. Oh don't use the Sync software, it is horrible.
I jumped ship from Samsung for this phone after having an SG2 for a couple of years. I went into the shop and played with both the SG4 and this one, and this one won me over by it's design and screen. After a few days with it, I am well impressed. The camera is great if you want a phone camera to be a quick and fun device for sharing photos online. I have a decent dedicated camera if I need really high resolution images and I need my phone camera to be good at quick snaps which this is. The Zoe function is really useful too and the highlight videos are awesome. Another good function is the ability to control your telly via the phone which is more useful than it sounds. The blink feed is growing on me and the Sense UI is much better than what I used on the SG2. The only negative point I have with this device is the Gallery displaying Facebook photos from my friends - why would this seem like a good idea? It can't be turned off without deleting the Facebook App. Maybe that would be a good idea!
Overall, an impressive piece of kit. I got it on a £33 a month contract with a 50 quid cash back in hand when I left the store which is better than what I have been paying for the last couple of years :)
