The good: provides basic communication - durable - dropped but no change in performance.
The bad: poor sound quality - often have to plug in my cheap hands-free ear phone to understand people. Poor reception - had to borrow other phones to make calls in undeveloped areas. only 8 speed dial numbers allowed.
Summary: regret purchase of this phone. performs poorly compared to others I have owned.
The good: Wonderful plans availabe, state of the art phones that always stay up to date. After hurricane Katrina hit, Cellular South was one of the first towers to work. I have never thought of using any other

Number buttons are very easy to use.
The bad: The camera is not as clear as i would liek it to be sometimes, but it works well anyways.
Summary: I would recommend this phonen to everyone. It is very light weight and easy to use. I like the voice command and driving mode command. Lets you tell it who to call and anyone can ask it, it doesnt have to be your voice.
The good: The t-mobile staff is always friendly. They have the best rates in the market by far!
The bad: Under my plan, I have free long distance but have roaming charges? I don't get it! From my area, I can call my mom for free but have roaming charges still?
Summary: Overall, at T-mobile you can get the best deal for your buck but watch your minutes! The phone is very durable and it has a very long battery life. I love this phone!
The good: phones from this carrier have a lot of cool features-music to download-internet capibility-cameras-
The bad: my phone will not work in my house-it doesn't drop calls-you just can't hear unless you are out side also doesn't come with any games which my old model did
Summary: while the phone is uptodate-easy to use-has agreat hands free for the car if needed and pretty decant prices-the line at thier store if you have a problem or question has an endless wait time. Also the going out to the garage in the winter to answer my phone stinks!Am hoping the anntena booster will help that.

The good: convient as it is combined billed with my home phone. free mobile to mobile, free nights and weekends
The bad: calls are still dropped. No service from spring city until Chattanooga. Would like night calling to begin at 7 p.m. at no extra charge
Summary: The combined billing is nice and saves money. The rollover minutes are great. Still have issues with dropped calls and no service in certain areas. Customer service people are very friendly most of the time. Its really great if yuor whole has cingular they are free to call then.

Customer service will go out of their way to help me. I've even been given free extra minutes for going slightly over on my plan.

Every time I have been there, the wait time is at least 30 minutes.
Summary: I am pretty much satisfied with the service I get from Alltel. The equiptment is excellent and if there is ever a problem, the staff will resolve it. The only draw back, if you have a prepaid plan and if payment is due on a certain day, you had better make sure you pay your bill the day before. They will cut off your service at 7:00 AM.
