The good: looks slick<p/>The bad: too fragile<p/>Summary: The phone is pretty, very thin but the problem is if you drop it, it will break.
The good: Easy use.<br>Good graphics.<br>I like the voice activatation.<br>Interchangable colors. <br>Sounds are clear.<p/>The bad: Vibration needs to be stronger.<p/>Summary: I have found this phone very easy to use. I like the fact that I don't have to dial the number I am calling. I simply push one button and tell my phone who or what number I want to call and it does it for me. <br>I would like the vibration to be stronger. I have missed some calls when on vibrate.<br>I get good reception with this phone.
The good: great service<p/>The bad: Need to have more then one person to get a good deal<p/>Summary: The service is great work and does not drop call at all the price is alot if you are not on a family plan i do not like that night time starts at 9:00 o.clock that is a bit late 7:00 would be a much better time for everyone. Over all it is fine.

I have had this phone for several years and I have no problems with it.<p/>The bad: It's a little heavier than some phones but still not as heavy as others<p/>Summary: Over all I have been very satisfied with this phone. I have had several phones before this one and this one is by far the best one I have owned. It's small enough to fit in my purse or pocket so it is easy to have with me at all times. I would strongly recommend this phone
The good: Small, but not to small <p/>The bad: Bad connection Screen clarity could be better, navigation was difficult to get used to at first.<p/>Summary: I would not buy this phone again it is hard to close and it seems to not want to connect to the network pictures are oaky but not great. Over all i would give it about a 5 out of 10
The good: This phone is small offers enough features for the average user. It's a flip phone which is the type I prefer.<p/>The bad: This is the second one, first one was replaced because of a problem now this one has very spotty reception, my wife has an old LG and gets reception everywhere but sometimes I can be right beside her and won't get any reception. I attempted to have it replaced and repaired but LG and Verizon refuse to stand behind it. I would not recommend it.<p/>Summary: Get another phone this one is unreliable. This phone should have been under the 90 day warranty but instead of going by my warranty they went by some date code that is on the phone???
The good: The phone is light weight, you can see who is calling on the front of the phone, or even by special ring tone. The <p/>The bad: Web sites take pretty long to download. All phone numbers are listed in the address book, even the ones with multiple numbers - therefore it takes longer to scroll through your address book.<p/>Summary: The phone itself is terrific. I have thoroughly enjoyed it since I've had it. It's no more expensive than some of the bulkier models available and it has a bigger screen than most. Although the pictures you take look semi-distorted in certain light, it actually takes pretty good pictures.
The good: Very Reliable<p/>The bad: Bulky<p/>Summary: Have had it for 3 years and counting, and has been very reliable. Would buy another if not so bulky. Needs games.
The good: Verizon's broad customer base allows me to talk to most of my friends and family for free with in-network calling.<p/>The bad: The commercials led me to believe that Verizon offered coverage everywhere, but as a traveling social worker, I have found that I do not have coverage in many places.<p/>Summary: I would recommend Verizon to others because they have far better service than other cell phone carriers that I have used in the past. Verizon has fewer dropped calls and with its in-network calling, I can talk to more people for free.
The good: the only service i have had that gets reception any where i go.<p/>The bad: none<p/>Summary: i have had t-mobile service for about six years now and would never chose any other service provider.t-mobile has never let me down.i always get my calls,they are always crystal clear on both ends of the line.t-mobile is number one in my book.
The good: Easy to program and use<p/>The bad: small buttons<p/>Summary: We love this phone for its ease of programming and use but wish the buttons were larger since anyone with decent sized fingers will fumble a bit till you get used to the buttons. Brightly lit buttons work great in dark rooms and the tone for ringing is very cute too right out of box. Sound quality is outstanding on this unit as is the mic for your sound. Camera is decent but not of exceptional quality so dont buy one for that main reason if you take tons of pics.

They're very helpful if you go over your minutes and it costs you alot. They've credited my account to help me out once. On the other side, not all of them are knowledgable in everything and I have gotten mixed answers.

Cingular is the only cell phone company around here with the best service ...I live about a mile from a phone tower and can not get service with other companies even when roaming

Samsung makes a good product.
The good: My company is very good. I have 1000 any time minutes and free incomming minutes. If I have a problem they are always there to help. <p/>The bad: I have nothing bad to say about this company. They are very good and I wanted a case for my cell phone and they had one for 26.00 and they said that I can have it for 15.00.<p/>Summary: This company is very good and they always have some very good deals going. The good: Easy to use and store. vibrating option comes in handy. <p/>The bad: Hard to read display screen<p/>Summary: Phone works ok for where I live I can always get out somewhere where others can't I like being able to take pictures but the softwhere cost more than I want top spend so they sit idley in my phone until the day comes
