The good: Good Looking, Good sound, easy to use, MP3 ringtones, camera is great for a non megapixel and video is good in normal lighting. Display is excellent even in bright sunlight and the battery life is decent. The external display is also large and full color, and you can customize both displays (I like having the exterior display show the large clock).
The bad: If the antenna breaks, it cannot be replaced except by the factory (and is not covered under warranty).

You cannot set the number of rings before the voice mail picks up.
Summary: This is a good all around phone. Nothing fancy. No bluetooth or similar features so it's not for techno-geeks.

I have had mine for a year now with no problems except every once in a long while, the ringer will lose track of my custom ringtone and I have to go into options and tell it to look for it again.

I would give it a 9 out of ten for reception and clarity, and a perfect 10 for satisfaction. That is not to say that it is perfect, but it has MUCH fewer problems than any other phone I've ever used and the issues have been easier to fix.

I repeat, a full year after purchase (okay, 11 months; since they have only been on the market since April 15 2005) and still thrilled!

Don't buy this phone for its unique voice texting feature though. It works great in quiet areas, but most people that I know, including me, just don't use it that much. This is not a phone for avid texters anyway. Get a PDA combo for that.

My last comment refers to the antenna. It is molded into the body of the phone. You cannot put an after-market antenna on it so if you drop it and break it, you're out of luck. However, my wife broke her antenna off and the phone still works almost as well. The only difference resulting from the loss of the antenna is that it is weaker on the fringe of a signal area, and the phone has developed a slight feedback loop (a faint echo that the undamaged phone does not have).
The good: - MP3 Player
- Camcorder
- Camera
- Tons of memory
The bad: - Battery last for only 3 1/2 hours (talktime)
Summary: It's the best phone that verizon has to offer. but, it's only a good phone if you have V Cast
The good: Excellent phone, can do any task you throw at it from playing mp3s, watching videos, downloading images on the internet, talking to your friends, you can even do remote desktop connections with this thing, its amazing.
The bad: Battery life isnt the greatest unless you have an AC adapter, not a USB attachment. Battery lasts quite a while but discharges quickly when the front light is left on or talking excessively.
Summary: I give this 10/10, I bought it and wont regret it at all. You can go on MSN, ICQ, Google, Gmail, you name it, this thing can do it, thumbs up from me. This phone is also made for the Sprint and Verizon wireless network but you can activate it on any CDMA network as long as the phone is unlocked.
The good: Voice Clarity
Speakerphone works great
Who doesn't love Bluetooth technology
Personalize the phone to reflect me and my needs
Screen is large and clear
Applications,applications,applications!!

The bad: Camera is better than the SMT5600 but doesn't have a flash. I also miss having a lot of ringtone options.
Summary: After using Kyocera's 6035, 7135, and the Audiovox SMT5600, I believe the 2125 is by far the best SmartPhone. I would not recommend this phone for the casual user or anyone who doesn't have the time to customize it. If you appreciate the technology that cellular phone manufacturers are making available to us, then you will love this phone as much as I do!
The good: I love always being connected with WiFi or EDGE/GPRS. Windows 5.0 is customizable and nice to have. I was able to sync all of my contacts over without effort. If you like using a headphone you won't lose any sound quality between that and the handheld. Sliding keyboard is easy to get used to and the voice command feature is my favorite behind the Bluetooth!
The bad: Setting up the messaging applications caused the phone to lock up while I was required to move back and forth between different settings. I had to keep rebooting the phone.
Summary: On the go for work and play the majority of my life, this phone has been heavenly. After switching from a TREO this phone has made it to the next generation of PDA's.
The good: The look and design of the black RAZR is classy, and sleek. The exterior and internal display screens are both colorful and visibly clear to read. Not only is the phone user friendly, it has great camera features that I was able to learn in less than a day. The phone is so full of great options, that it can meet the needs of about everyone. I never thought I would care about Bluetooth technology, but it is one of my favorite parts about having this great new phone!
The bad: Not really a con, but people had me concerned about durability because it is so thin and light, but I have accidentally dropped it twice so far and it is still working fine!
Summary: Just recently married, my wife and I started a family plan with Cingular and decided to both get the Motorola RAZR. I got black and she got silver. We have both been extremely happy with the phones for many different reasons. I have recommended this phone to many friends and family members. The best part about the entire experience was that we found the deal from Let?s Talk while visiting phonedog.com. We were able to set up services with Cingular and select the two different color RAZR phones all in one shopping experience. Thanks!
The good: nothing
The bad: do you have to trade this phone in when
you buy a new one
Summary: i like this phone because it's cute and
small.I love the prepaid idea and the no
bills idea.I would only like to buy the
cheap ones and the ones that dont flip
out
The good: Easy to use
Small
Bright display
The bad: Manual has NO INFO on at least two hardware features!!

Summary: This is a great little phone BUT why does the Audiovox NOT EVEN MENTION OR ILLUSTRATE the USB port at the bottom of the phone AND the tiny circular connector at the back of the phone under a removable plastic flap??? If anyone knows please write me at veryounique@hotmail.com. Thanks! :-)
Its a wonderful phone you can do anything with it but expect to pay an EXTRA $40-50 a month for text, email, web package thats added onto your phone bill.
The good: Color, Nice phone with great features.
The bad: No web Access
Summary: This a great stylish flip phone with good features such as chat and voice command. Good antenna, gets good reception. Nice bright display but kinda small. But overall a great TDMA phone.
The good: Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. From what I've found, it's the cheapest cell phone service available. Great coverage all over the US. With their roaming agreements, I can (and do) use the phone all over the world. Since it's GSM (the world standard everywhere except in Japan) I save money in countries I frequent by using a prepaid sim from the local country I'm visiting, giving me free incoming calls.
The bad: Roaming outside of the US (with T-Mobile's sim installed in my phone) is expensive (though less so than their competitors). Drop more calls than I'd like, though don't think that it's worse than anyone elses service. Web site is pathetically slow even on my blazingly fast broadband connection.
Summary: Been with T-Mobile since the old Omnipoint and Voicestream days. Cell phone coverage in the US, even in a big city like NY, is not 100%. There are still small coverage gaps and areas where the service is spotty and coverage is poor (like at JFK Airport). One nice feature on their web site; a street level coverage map of the US, where you can reliably check the coverage quality at a specific address, like at your house or place of employment.
The good: Great service.
The bad: Hard to download ringtones sometimes.
Summary: Alltel wireless is worth paying for. Its service is the best I've ever had from any wireless carrier. It also gives you a good coverage area. I strongly recommend that you should get Alltel wireless.
The good: Excellent rates.
The bad: Flukey service.
Summary: Strangest thing - I seriously can stand at the corner of the front yard and be in my home range. But in the driveway, I'm in roaming! Other than that, NTelos service has been about par with the other two cell phone services I've used, but recently I've noticed a decline. Apparently, towers are being taken out of service in the roaming areas and are not being replaced. This is causing calls not to be received and voice mail not being forwarded until I'm back in my home range.
The good: Great coverage, no dropped calls, reasonable rates, super customer service
The bad: None.
Summary: I have had Verizon Wireless service for 18 months and it has been flawless. Great coverage, no dropped calls, reasonable rates, and super customer service. I have had other wireless services in the past, but I would have to rate Verizon as the BEST! Thank you and keep up the great service!
GREAT for worldwide connection and some more remote US locales. We work and live out at the edge of coverage in Maine and New Mexico. In addition, we travel to Mexico and Europe a lot. T-Mobile works almost everywhere and, with planning, is inexpensive.
No roaming charges! Customer service seems a little sleepy...
This company is the best get it. THis cingular is the best thing i have traveled around the world and have used it its great because it works anyware and its even getting better because of gsm/edge/gprs thoose networks are good i recomend this company everybody should go.
The good: Coverage everywhere. If no one else has coverage US Cell is certain to have it. Beats Verizon and all others in the midwest. Price is reasonable and they have options for 7pm nites and weekends.
The bad: Few Phone choices, no or very limited data transfer ability, not going to be cutting edge.
Summary: If you want your cell phone for what it is for. To make a call no matter where you are. Then I recommend US Cell. If you want the latest Bluetooth, Wi-Fi phone and email and IM ability go somewhere else.
The good: Cingular backs their product up. Their sales team is very knowledgable and can usually fix all problems right over your phone. Saves time going into the store. I have been with Cingular for 9 years for a reason!
The bad: Like all service plans, watch out for "hidden" fees, ie., text messaging, road side assistance, etc. There have been times where a charge of $2.95 will pop up on my bill from something I never activated. Once you call, it will be immediately removed.
Summary: I would recommend Cingular over other carries, in general. They all have their disadvantages but Cingular does stand by their product and service.
The good: - Most affordable plans from all providers in my area.
- Good signal in most places
- Flexible in changing programs, adding phones, etc.
The bad: - No signal in some places
Summary: Overall I think it is the best price around for the family plan. The only downside is that there is no signal in some areas in the city where I live.
The good: I like that I can access my bill, and usage minutes, online... Also, I have no complaints with the customer service I've received... The plan I use allows my husband, my son, and me to share minutes at a very reasonable cost...
The bad: WAY too many 'dropped' calls and 'dead' zones!! It can be very frustrating at times...
Summary: Cingular is a good choice to fit most of my needs, though I'd really like them to work on expanding their coverage area...
