The good: It is a strong phone with a lot of battery life. I love it's general look and function. My favorite thing about it is that when you go to view photos, they load fairly fast.
The bad: The only thing to watch for is the amount of memory taken. People say you can only hold like 20-30 photos, but if you save/download things wisely, and delete text and previous call inboxes ocasionally, you can hold well over 50 (I have ^^).
Summary: All I'm saying is that it's a great little phone with much strength. It's highly recommended by me! It's also very simple and attractive.
The good: Plan options are ok. Family Plan is so much better. Nationwide Family plan options is fine. Unlimited Free Incoming Calls from any carrier, land line or person and after 7PM Nights and Weekends feature cost around $14.00 which is fair.
The bad: Free phs r junk! Don't even last a year before problems.
Their promos always force u to sign up for EasyEdge which is junk and a scam!

Phone Selection is less than stellar & cost of phs pretty high. They just don't carry the latest & greatest.
Summary: Been with them since the bag ph era. Cust Serv was so Good until last 2-3 yrs. The attitude is don't give a darn wheither u talk to National or local offices. Don't know why?

Service repair is really good, local cust serv only 2 people in store can do their jobs to cust satisfaction.

Hate having to buy a new ph at contract rate because of faulty equip they sell or give as promo. They have ridicules 80% complete contract and u can buy ph at renewal discount.

But billing errors seem to be the norm now. Easy Edge is scam...take it for 90 day trial, employee put start & end dates so we could have rebate. It was to automatically cancel per their Cust Serv rep. Well it didn't, someone removed the end date. One day in cking bill, found the overcharge 4 months later ... won't credit back. And got two different excuses on how acct was changed. EASYEDGE is rip off and is always tagged to their promos.

I'm tired of hassling over phs not working, billing errors or if I go in store to pay my bill...I hear other peoples business with them. Their CS reps are rude and loud. I don't want to hear them tell their cust ur late, ph cancel, or other situations. I refuse to go in the stores and watch. Just a month ago I went to pick up ph for friend... watch the samething happening and another complaining about Easy Edge billing... so somethings never improve.

My DH doesn't want us to renew because of hassles we have experienced. So will move 3 phs in next few mos to new carrier and then we'll cancel his contract and pay the $150 fee to move it. Alltel or ATT here we come. It's sad to change vendors but what's a customer to do?
The good: small light good service
The bad: will not play all ring tones
Summary: in general it works well and is easy. sound and picture are good and it gets reception almost every place I go. I really like it and I would recomend it to a friend.
The good: I don't do technicals, so here what I say about N6275i after using it for more than 6 month:
* Screen excelent, big enough, sharp enough
* Sound is good and powerful, but not excelent
* Bluetooth signal is good
* I use external memory 1 GB and having no problem
* Keypad good, soft and comfort
* Good image viewer, zoom in-zoom out, fullscreen, wide-screen
* battery very good

The bad: * The 'take-picture' button on the rear side of the phone just to small and hard to pinch! forcing it just make my hand unsteady and resulting blur shot! I prefer to hit the center button.
* Media Player, Music Player, cannot do fast forward, cannot do rewind, the option like how long you'll jump for fast forward and rewind was there (i.e. 10 sec, 30 sec...) but I already press all the button there is but nothing happen.

* The manual book is lack of information, only cover basic use of
Summary: I love it, thats why I spent my time sitting infront of rented internet for hours looking upgrade for my N6275i, could somebody help me? I like my media player can do fast forward-rewind, my music player too.
The good: very compact and user friendly
The bad: very short battery life, and will not Charge while the phone is in use
Summary: well mixed feelings on the slider still not sure if its positive or negative i highly doubt i will have it long enough to make that decision currently on the quest for a new phone. Oh yeah i got mine brand new for $55.00 so its not expensive at all
The good: Battery life on this phone is very efficient
Bluetooth compatibility is great as well.
Camera/videos are extremely clear
Big screen makes taking videos/pics very easy
64 MB microsd card is included with this phone (LOTS OF PICTURES/VIDEOS) (Adapter Included!!)
Cool Games (consume battery life after about 30 minutes with the games)
Digital Audio Player
Excellent Dolce & Gabbana Ringtones/Wallpapers
Came with a USB cable for data transfers.
The bad: May get scratched easily, I've had the phone for a little more than a year now and haven't dropped it yet so I wouldn't know.

May get stolen because this phone can catch anyone's eye

Voice Records can't be stored on the phone, only sent via message.

Camera still has the motorola setback (you click the wonderful picture and hit store, then you need to go four buttons down to actually store it)

Way too expensive: 350 dollars (but worth it)
Summary: On the whole, this is a very unique phone. The features may be similar to the regular RAZR, however the style/ringtones/clarity of use make this hot on the market. I would definitely recommend this phone

Its more comfortable to hold than normal RAZRs as well :-)
The good: Comfy size. Easy to manage. Great color screen. Not overloaded with features and just enough for daily use.
The bad: It overheats very quickly. I had to buy a "hands free" as to not burn my ears!!
Summary: They need to fix the overheating on the phone. Overall a great cell phone!

For the person who is asking about the "little flap on the top"---It is for the hands free cable plug.

NZ
PUERTO RICO
The good: music player is cool,a lot of other capabilities.xm,mobiltv,billboardmusic.
The bad: very hard to navigate to find certain things.low battery life, reception is horrible, including numerous dropped calls.
Summary: ive had the phone about a week, could not get a straight answer about the memory capabilities of a sd card, and what it would support. the signal/reception is HORRIBLE,it is very hard to open one handed.it doesnt come loaded with many ringtones(10) i think.and the front display being small, doesnt stay on long at all(4 seconds max)i charged it for the 12 hours they recommend, and the first day i took it to work by mid evening 3 pm i had already lost 1 of 3 bars of battery.and if you are in no service area,it has even worse battery life.now the good stuff.has an awesome music(mp3) player. has stereo sound. very loud.has an awesome inside screen display.music player has control buttons on front. lots of cool features,xm radio, mobiltv, billboard music.and musicid.internet is cool also thanks to the 3G service& sim card.has 20 different frames to choose from for pictures.and video. all the bells and whistles, very limited (cellphone)use
The good: The swivle screen is very cool and fun to play with, and the screen is a goodsize. The reception on this phone is very good, and the scrool is easy to use. I like the buttons and they are well placed to be easy to use. Having the IM, texting, and e-mail is nice and very handy. The internet is decent for a phone and it browses well especially for MySpace.
The bad: This phone is big and scratches very easily. it does not have the capability to send picture messages or capture video, and the camera is less than satifactory. it does not have costom ringtones that you can set, but you have to set the ring tone for each contact individually. it has no alarm clock, no calculator, and the organizer options are limited to say the least.
Summary: Over all, I am happy with this phones features as far as texting,Iming, and web browsing, but it is lacking in some basic and necessary features that the simplest of phones have. it looks cool, but looks can be decievong. i warn anyone who want to buy this "phone" if it is worthy of that catigorization. I recomend a PDA instead.
The good: + More options input of data- the keyboard, stylus, letter recognizer, etc - you don't need a separate software for it.
+ built in voice alarm announcer
+ evdo capable
+ Brighter Screen
The bad: The biggest complaint is the worst cell phone reception I have ever had.
Summary: I have returned this phone twice and both times the calls keep dropping no matter where I am located. There seems to be a real problem with this model. Some of my friends seem happier with the 700p. Be sure to test out both models at your location. I have been a long time Treo fan & I was very disappointed.
The good: The phones are very high tech for half of the carriers out today. The features are what sold me on the phone. The prices are great and comptitive with other carriers (better than some). Excellent customer service. I had a glich with the minutes system and they not only resolved it but gave me credits for the inconvenience while they troubleshooted the problem. I get reception in most of the boonies in south central wisconsin where i am the most.
The bad: Incomming calls are not free like my previous carrier (uscc) which increase price. Nights and weekends time starts at 901pm instead of 700pm. Phones are beautiful though when you handle them, they kinda give a feeling like they are going to break easy. ive only had mine for 2 months so we shall see how well that works out. Stronger signal strength in big buildings would be helpful. I went to the bowling alley down the road from my house and dont get reception in there but i do like 60 miles away
Summary: I would recommend this service to people on the go, away from home and love to have a neat pretty device to play with and keep in touch with the world. I just learned of their new family plans. Like I mentioned they are a newer carrier but the fact that they are growing so fast and keeping competitive with the market helps keep my confidence in this carrier. They evolve and adapt with the trends.
The good: Small, full keyboard, user friendly
The bad: looks a little thick
Summary: One of my co-workers had an LG ENV which has much of the same features but wasn't available with my carrier. However, my phone is more compact and the flash and low light feature make it take really good cam shots. I LOVE it! It's such an easy to use, full featured phone. The full keyboard makes texting really easy. Definitely something to consider if you like texting.
The good: This phone looks great, is fun to play with and have excellent voice quality.
The bad: All of the information I transfered from my sim card is problematic.
Summary: I just got this new phone yesterday, after 9 months of using the razer. My contacts are all in the phone, but none of the phone "types" transfered. So if I have three numbers for a person, I have to look at each number and hope I can remember what is the home/cell/work, etc. This wouldn't be so bad, but the formatting has changed from the razer to this rizr, so I can't seem to change the types in the address book, I can only designate the phone type when entering a NEW number. In addition, once I look at the number I wish to call, I can't scroll down to the next number to get the right one. I have to hit "back" to get to the list view again, and select to view the next one. What a pain!
The good: Service, unplan, unlimited text to anyone!!!
The bad: Some dropped calls (but who doesn't?)
Summary: I have had Suncom for about two years and I have had minimal problems. I am currently paying 80.00 a month for unlimited talking and texting. Dropped calls are something that everyone has so I do not worry about those. I call the people back and appologize. Probelm solved.

In regards to the phones on the network, Sony Ericsson and Nokias seem to work the best. I have tried a Razr. Sucked. Samsung. Sucked. I currently have a SE w710 and I get full bars where no one else gets any. Customer service sometimes has trouble working with me personally so I just go to the store down the road. They are very nice and work very hard to fix my problems.

In order to write a review, i think you should have to experience more than just one service provider. I have tried the major ones and Suncom is far cheaper and better covered. For the money and service, NO ONE can beat Suncom.
The good: Flat rate of $45 or $50 (depending on your market) for UNLIMITED: UNL. Internet browsing, UNL. Email access (phone must have proper email app installed), UNL. Nationwide Long Distance, UNL. Picture messaging, UNL. Text messaging.

The bad: Lousy Customer service, but who cares?! - You only need to call them once or twice to get hooked up or for to switch to another phone. I see other reviewers whining about the customer service, but so what.... I can go down to ANY store or business and find an abundance of ignorance!
What really matters is the quality of the cellular calls. You find me another carrier that can offer UNLIMITED EVERYTHING like Metro does for only $50 a month, and I will eat my shorts!
Summary: Forget about the service reps and ENJOY the freedom of unlimited service. As long as you use a cell phone primarily within the metro coverage areas, you just can't beat the service (as in performance, NOT customer service).

Their coverage is slowly expanding. It won't be long before the 2 big US carriers feel the pressure!
The good: Slim, lightweight, nice buttons, excellent display both inside and out. Clear sound - people ask all the time, are you there? Like it pretty well.
The bad: You can only add 2 mp3 ringtones or you kill the alarm clock functions
Summary: Not bad. Liked the V3m better, it had a memory slot and the alarm clock didn't freeze up. Good phone though.
The good: Good service and plans
The bad: None
Summary: We've had US Cellular for several years and added our kids phones on the family plan just last year. Free nights (after 7 p.m.) and weekends are great. Plus, they just turned on a new tower about six blocks from our home and service on calls is incredible.
The good: Coverage is outstanding due to using Verizon and Sprint cell towers. Customer service is amazing (read summary). Phones are great.
The bad: Price (read summary).
Summary: Customer service:

I have had service with Helio for 10 months. Initially I switched because the phones were really nice. Shortly after the switch I acquired a girlfriend who was on AT&T, formerly Cingular. She lives across the country and my phone bills were outrageous due to talk time. I was paying $175/mo for 4000 minutes just to keep up with our calls! I recently decided I was going to switch services because I couldn't afford the bill. I've been online for the past 4 day's searching for the best deals and for the best celluar provider. The decision came between AT&T and T-Mobile. AT&T because I would get free mobile-to-mobile with my girlfriend, and T-Mobile for their Fav 5 plan. As I was looking online for my account number to port my number to another service, I noticed that Helio offered a new plan. $119 unlimited anytime, including unlimited nights and weekends. This also includes unlimited text, and Internet. I called Helio after I saw this and spoke to an English speaking customer service rep within 2 minutes after calling. I told him my issues and he informed me that the $119 plan was a promotion for new members, but since they wanted my business they would offer it to me anyway.

The customer service has been outstanding every time I've called. They've taken money off bills when I've gone over, they've changed my plans to accomadate my usage without extending my contract, and always treated me with respect.

I've been with all major carriers except Verizon. AT&T had terrible customer service and mediocre reception. T-Mobile had decent customer service but mediocre reception. Sprint had terrible customer service, medium pricing, but pretty good reception/coverage. I have never used Verizon, however my friends who have verizon have no complaints and they seem to have the best reviews.

Since Helio uses Sprint and Verizon towers, the coverage is outstanding! I've used mine all over the country including Virgina, Key West, FL, Arizona, California, and driving across country. I've never had coverage problems.

One more thing... If you compare other carriers plans with all the benefits which Helio includes, you'll find it's almost the same price.

For the coverage and customer service you cannot beat Helio. These days it's nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone who's nice, let alone speaks English. I would gladly pay the extra $15/mo for outstanding service.

Hope this helped!

The good: I love the serice I get, they are always trying to find me the cheapest plans, they have always given great support for my phones. when something has gone wrong and cost me money they have refunded me. and keep in mind I am only one person not a family plan or corporate.. just me. the reception is alway perfect.
The bad: The phoes themselves and the warranty going out too soon (my fault for not getting extended)
Summary: I am so happy with t-mobile as my provider they have been nothing but nice to me and taken care of every need I've had with my service. I have had other providers and didn't stick with them long I have been with t-mobile for 5 years now and don't have any plans on switching
The good: large numbers & text
The bad: lost calls, no warning for low battery
Summary: This phone has lost me many of calls, if you get out of a area that they support, the phone will go into EMERGENCY CALL ONLY, you have to turn off you phone and turn it back on. You have no idea when this happens so if you phone does not ring for a while I suggest you check periodically, pain in the rear.
