The good: helio customer service is great i have no problem with reception they have unlimited daytime minutes for $99 dollars including unlimited web browsing, text messaging, picture messaging the phones are awesome
The bad: the phones can be kind of pricey but not anymore than other companies
Summary: if you dont mind paying a little bit for your phone you can have great service great phone and when you have a problem you dont have to deal with jerks
The good: Durable, easy to use
The bad: Poor Battery life, hard to see in daylight
Summary: It is very durable and survives drops and falls easily. But the battery life is so incredibly bad that I cannot recommend this phone.
The good: Very Durable, has a flashlight, survives water, has keylock, battery last a long time.
The bad: Doesn't survive chicken soup, and when dropped in chicken soup you lose all your memory
Summary: I had the Phantom before and loved it, Kyocera is so easy to program and use and this is just the phantom with more displays and a flashlight
The good: reliable phone, cool features, long battery life for being so slim and having so many features.
The bad: Can't think of any...
Summary: After trying the chocolate (blah) and the Moto krzr (even worse) I decided to splurge a little and get a good phone. I have only ever had LGs and have had good experiences with them, so I got this one. So far It is by far the best one I have had. Good voice quality, better than the norm ringtones, I really like the front view of the clock...and when you open it it has a neat little show for ya. Im impressed so far and hopefully will stay that way. The number pad is easy to use and large as well.
The good: no suprises when the bill comes... very satisfied with customer service
The bad: no very many... just as much as you would get from any other carrier
Summary: Ive had about 3 phones thru cricket... one i lost, one i broke, and the last one ive had for 2 1/2 years... i drop it all the time and so far it seems to be working great for me... I also just bought a phone for my son which lives 2000 miles away and had it shipped to him and had no problems with my order...

i highly recommened cricket!!!
The good: The phone works
The bad: I pay for what i use, so what do i have to complain about
Summary: i have come to the conclusion that there are way too many people out there that can't live a fruitful life unless they create drama to make themselves feel more important than they are. i have had cell phones for years. generally speaking, not everyone will EVER be pleased. i ordered my service. i ordered my phone. i don't go over my minutes. my phone works most of the time. i don't get my panties in a bind if it isn't perfect all of the time. i get charged for what i use and then i pay the bill. it is about as simple as that. i have no sympathy for individuals that can't simplify their lives and have to take it out on complete strangers. get over yourselves and change your attitude. in the long run, it is a much more pleasant way to live your life in all of its aspects. "that is all i have to say about that."
The good: it is easy to carry around with you and it is easy to text people it also dosn't take up much room in my purse i get really good reseption:D
The bad: what i dislike about this phone is that it is easily lost and there aren't very many cases that i like or would ever us and you can not plug in any head phones into the phone so u don't have to turn of the vollum and you can not take pictures and also it is not able to record any sounds or voices so that i don't have to buy songs i can just record them:(
Summary: this is some of the reasons i don't like the phone and why i love the phone:D
The good: Service is great, call quality is very good unlimited everything
The bad: Phones prepackaged for cricket are terrible quality
Summary: Cricket has turned out to be a great company after the rough spots their caller service is much better and call quality is way up. The phones you buy in the cricket stores are terible though, they are toned-down versions feel cheap and dont work well most of the time. There is a light at the end of that tunnel though, I buy Verison phones that I like then have them ported over to work on the cricket network. Since verizon orders high quality phones it takes out the only problem I have had yet with cricket produts It is worth your time to check it out if your in a service area. Also if you live in the nashville network area check out their Aircards for you laptop I'm using mine now to write this review speeds are comparable to DSL and setup is super simple worth checking it out.
The good: Makes phone calls
The bad: Not durable. Poor sound. Poor pictures.
Summary: I would not recommend. Never had a phone fall apart until I got this phone. On my replacement and can't wait to trade it in.
The good: Terrible
The bad: Terrible
Summary: This phone is horrible. I?ve had Verizon for only 3 months and I?m on my 2nd replacement for this phone. The battery is horrible and it freezes on all of the time. It?s slow as slow can be and it doesn?t have a whole lot of features on it. Don?t let the look fool you it?s the worst phone I have every owned and now I am stuck with it for another 7 months unless I want to pay another 200 something dollars to a new one!!. Horrible and aggrevating
The good: Small, vivid display, strong vibe, bluetooth & cost.
The bad: Small, vivid display, strong vibe, bluetooth & cost.
Summary: Purchased new, from Verizon, two weeks ago.
Maybe not as flashy as razor, but it performs really well. I don't much care if it?s sexy, since it spends most of its life in my side pants pocket, where I hardly know its there thanks to it small size and light weight.
Reception is equal or better than my last phone, a Motorola V265, in the same areas. Audio is loud and clear. No one on the other end has complained about not hearing or understanding me. I do not believe I have used the speaker phone much, if at all.
The Bluetooth works great. Although I have no previous Bluetooth experience, I have had no issues.
The camera does take slightly blurry / grainy pics. It?s only a VGA. I don?t need a camera on my phone, but the phones without have poor reviews. If you desire a camera with a phone on it, get the Samsung SCH-a990.
Battery lasted 3 days with much use.
When texting there are three modes: abc, word and 123. Word types out the intended word most of the time, but when it doesn't there are no choices. The only fix I have found is to switch to abc mode. This is done by holding down the * key.
The ring volume is a little weak even on high.
One more minor thing; the #1 speed dial is factory set for voicemail and not changeable.
The good: Just love this phone, large font, and great easy to read screen, loud spkr phone, nice size key pad, and not to small.
The bad: Doesn't always ring when receiving incoming calls/messg. It needs a better antenna or booster.
Summary: I just love the phone, except for indoors. Can't seem to hang on a call. Other wise the phone is excellent.
The good: Nice looking with easy to use applications
The bad: Windows live Freezes the phone

Summary: I wish they could solve the problem with windows live. I love hotmail and messenger and paid alot of money to use those services n this phone
The good: Good key layout. Easy to use by feel
The bad: Display is highly reflective, can't see outdoors. Can't see at all without backlight. Menu icons & font requires 20/20 vision.
Summary: I like the phone, except the display makes it impossible to use all the features if you do not have good eys.
The good: Cheap plans, myfaves, Good reception where I am, Never had a CS problem.
The bad: I'd perhaps like to use some phones they dont support
Summary: I have been using t-moblie for 6 years since they used to be VoiceStream. I have never ever had any reception, service or billing problems ever. I still have the same old nokia that came with the plan back then. I also have a grandfathered plan that gives me 3000 anytime minutes for 49.99 a month. I'm getting a new phone and keeping t-mobile for another 6 years....unless they change their name again.
The good: The Plan is awesome!!!!
The bad: There is a small variety of phones to choose from
Summary: I think They should update their phones a bit more, to get smart phones such as: blackberry, moto Q, sidekick, and others. Please!
The good: The battery life is impressive. Usually pairs with my Bluetooth headset.
The bad: Software crashes too often.
Does not always ring when receiving a call.
Camera takes pictures of my pocket.
Summary: I like the phone when it works, which is most of the time. The battery life is good. However, the software crashes pretty often -- generally when taking a call or when sending a text message. And, the phone often decides not to ring, so I miss calls. The external camera button is very sensitive, resulting in dozens of pictures of my pocket. Disabling it is possible; check the internet.
The good: Good family and national Plans, reception, customer service.
The bad: Average phones
Summary: After 2 and a half years with one of the big companies, it is such a pleasure to deal with US Cellular. There was no pressure at all in choosing a phone. In fact, when I looked at more expensive ones, the representative encouraged me to look at something less flashy because it met my needs better. I appreciated that. There have been a couple of small errors in billing but they were quick to correct and credit my account. What a change from my old company where they gave me incorrect information,over-charged me $600, argued with me and said they were just too busy to go over the bill with me. Sometimes I have to wait to get help. But there is someone there who welcomes me, takes my name, offers to get water or coffee and just makes me feel valued. The company has even invested in comfortable chairs for customers who have to wait. I love US Cellular.
The good: Great phones, good reception and great no-worries plans.
The bad: Phones all require an initial investment and authough the phones are cool people still dont recognize a helio as a high end device.
Summary: When I decided to get a phone for work I looked around a bit, knowing I would also be using the phone as a personal phone. I am a mobile engineer so I spend a lot of time on the road and make, and receive calls, in addition receiving text messages is a requirement for my job. I found the helio plans offered the easiest solution, EVERYTHING unlimited and you pick how many daytime minutes you want or go unlimited on that as well. Right now they've even got a promo where the unlimited minutes plan is like 100 bucks. I have the All-in 1500 which includes everything plus 1500 daytime minutes. "everything" includes unlimited mobile to mobile. The camera and video the device takes are both very decent. Overall I'm satisfied with the phone, and in spite of me dropping it over a dozen times since I've had it, it works like when I first bought it, and still looks cool and slides smoothly (I have the heat). I'd recommend Helio to someone who doesnt want to have to worry about how many texts or picture or video messages they receive. I've even used my phone to make last minute EBAY bids while on an out of state drive. Now THATS progress! :)
The good: Ok signal, call record available online
The bad: Rates are too high. Can't disable text messaging.
Summary: I have Virginombile for a teenager. The signal (SrintPCS) is adequate where it is used. The call record is available online. Customer service seems good. However, the rate of $.18 per minute is now less competitive with other prepaid providers and we will be switching.
