The good: It makes a good paperweight... the looks are some what cute :) the new verizon UI is better than before
The bad: Everything else.. dropped call all the time... I could have 4 bars and it would drop the call for no reason.. and then restart
one phone lost memory. one phone the screen stopped working..
3rd phone frozed when you hit the space key..
4th phone dropped calls
5th phone lost memory and the front keypad quit working
6th phone... caught on fire while on the house charger :(
Summary: I went from a samsung alias (sch-u740) to the env2.. I had my alias for a year with no problems.. I just wanted a new phone.. so I paid full retail for this phone. and from day 1 I was unhappy.. even the tech had to activate it 4 times to get it to work right for me to take it out of the store. OMG thats great quality...

My 1st phone had it for 2 days returned it
2nd phone had for 1 wk
3rd phone had for 15 mins (i didnt even leave the store before i went back to the desk)
4th phone for 3 days
5th phone was 1 wk.
and the 6th phone was 8 days...
OMG i went running back to samsung i have the glyde now and i love it...
and after the firmware update it is so much better :)

The good: Signal coverage, great plans, good customer service
The bad: none
Summary: I have always liked virgin mobile, even though I have been with several other carriers a have always been with vm, their coverage is better than the website shows I live in a no service area or at least that is what the website shows but I can usually pull 1 bar of service and hardly ever drop a call, I really like the customer service out of 10 calls to customer service i may have got one bad one...they have always resolved my problems and if you want to go directly to a live person just mumble in the phone while the operator is talkin after a bout 3 times she will send you to a actual person, I ported my number from a different carrier and was very impressed on how fast it ported, the person doing the port said that it could take 3 to 5 days to port but the number was fully ported in 3 hours, the plans are very good for a prepaid service, it maybe cheaper with a actual contract carrier, but i cant stand being in a contract for 2 years, but i have been with virgin mobile for years and i have been very satisfied...i highly recommend them
The good: Rugged, well made and waterproof
The bad: Terrible sound quality, short battery life
Summary: I really wanted to like this phone because a rugged, waterproof, no frills cell phone is something I've wished for. I read some negative reviews about the sound quality but
thought perhaps the reviewers were just picky.

I went to the Verizon store and the clerk claimed it was highly rated by Consumer Reports. Turns out she meant the previous model.

This phone is absolute garbage. The sound quality is unacceptable. Calls are so tinny and static filled that two tin cans with a string might be a better option. No matter how good the other features are, what is the point of a cell phone if you can't understand the person on the other end?

Just to make sure it wasn't me, I gave the phone to my wife to make a call without telling her a thing about the sound quality. A few seconds into the call she asked me if there was something wrong with the phone because she couldn't hear the other person clearly.

Next on the list is battery life. I fully charged the phone, then started playing with ring tones, settings and other features. After a half hour of this the battery was down to two bars.

I could deal with the battery life by buying two if everything else about the phone was fine, but with the call quality, forget it.

I don't see how a phone like this could be released to the public. Wasn't there somebody at Casio who actually made a call on the thing?

The phone is going back to Verizon today
The good: Speaker Phone, Display, Camera, MP3 player.
The bad: Nothing major
Summary: For the reviewer who tried to put the battery cover on must be only once...It does sit flat you just have to push the sides of it a little harder than what is normally comfortable. Also he complained about the plug covers, they DO feel cheap but they are pretty strong actually. I had a Moto W385 and LOVED IT! This phone is a VERY good replacement. The battery life is about 4 or 5 days with about 1 hour talk time each day and about 15 messages in that 5 day time. That would be the only thing I would consider a con, if you want a phone to last a week or more this prolly wont do it. Feels very rugged, front buttons for your MP3 playback! Inside display is AWESOME! Highly recommend this phone for sure.
The good: Style, synchronization with Outlook
The bad: Text input very bad. Greek T9 primitive. Very limited customization. Bad keyboard. Several keys malfunctioned within 3 months. very low Battery duration. black plastic paint was scraped off easily. usb door badly designed, breaks easily. Pictures taking in low light conditions are very dim. Several times the system was completely frozen. It has also happened several times that the conversation was broken off without any obvious reason
Summary: I paid quite a bit for the phone and did not get close to what I expected from a phone of this price range. To register my dissatisfaction I will stay away from any and all motorola phones in the future.
The good: Ease of use, loud ringers, good design, feels comfortable
The bad: Freezes sometimes, network is slow at times, sprint is working on that
Summary: Overall this phone is great. I had a motorola Q9c previously and traded for this one. I like the touch screen and the bigger screen for emails, web viewing, etc...texting is a breeze too
The good: The everything plan. 1 price for texting sprint tv and multiple other services. my phone works in most elevators and some subway stations. so the service is great. no problem with customer service. they are great problem solvers.
The bad: Sprint tv shows fuzzy on my phone. and when u change things on ur plan sprint does increase ur contract expiration date. so beware if u upgrade or change plans
Summary: I like sprint. nice phones good service. phones are expensive if u buy them from sprint but if u purchase a phone somewhere else u can use it. I brought my plam treo from ebay. almost half price. sprints not perfect but for those on the go texting and internet people like me it works
The good: Full keyboard, MS Calendar Sync(!!!), easy to navigate, lots of features...very quick internet
The bad: A little bulky, but easier to find in my huge purse! picture resolution a little low, but hey, it's a phone.
Summary: I really wanted a Smartphone that wasn't touch...I hate stylus pens...and here is the SMT5800. LOVE the calendar sync...and the internet, which is pretty darn quick and loads most pages easily.Wish it was a little bit thinner, but otherwise, this phone is perfect!
The good: Its red or blue
The bad: Volume would go, couldnt hear, then maybe it would come back again for a while. Inside screen started to fail next.
Summary: The warranty for these phones is only good if a stick on sq. paper under the battery is white but if it turn purple it voids the warranty for anything. I have had three of these phones and all of them have the purple on the paper even if they are working. Can't figure out how I have got the moisture in the phones but even the new one has the purple. Samsung says they void the warranty on the phones. Check to see if your sq.paper under the battery is purple, if it is the warranty on the phone is void.
The good: It is small
The QWERTY keyboard is easy to use
The External Keys are easy to dial on
The bad: The external screen is only a half an inch big, no multishot or flash on camera
Summary: The LG EnV2 is a sleek, and slim phone. It has a great camera/video.
It is cheap and easy to use. I would recommend it to any one who wants a good cheap cell phone.
The good: Great signal, nice design, great speaker, great phone and video quality
The bad: None yet.
Summary: Everything in one phone. I am a mac guy, but this phone is way better and slimmer than the buggy iphone. I hope I don't lose it, or leave it outside overnight when it rains.
The good: Better value, flexible, good coverage
The bad: A few problems with receiving calls, their stores are ALWAYS horribly busy with long lines for help.
Summary: I switched to AlltelU from another prepaid service to get a newer phone and a cheaper rate. I had no problems with the phone or the customer service. I like being able to refill the phone online and get a few extra free minutes. I can receive and make a call even when I don't have any bars, and in places where my friends with other major carriers can't connect. My only problem has been that sometimes people calling me get a message that I'm not available, even when I'm in an area that has great reception and even though I have voice mail. It's intermittent, so I just chalk it up to a glitch in their network and don't bother calling customer service.
I've been very happy with Alltel, and hate that they've been bought by Verizon. I'll have to switch because Verizon is anti-gun. I'm afraid that any other major carrier I try will be horrible.
The good: It's small, slim and perfect for making calls. It has a battery door lock.
The bad: None that I have found so far.
Summary: This is a great phone for someone who uses a cellphone for it's original purpose: to make and receive telephone calls. The call quality is good and audible. It's perfect for the thrifty shopper.
The good: Larger screen than older model gZone
The bad: Sound quality, battery life.
Summary: My first gZone would not allow me to enter one touch contact numbers into it's data base. Verizon rep said it was a software issue that would be fixed. Returned that phone, got another gZone, same issue. Waited for software patch, never happened. Verizon rep said to wait for the Boulder, all of the issues have been corrected on the Blunder, I mean Boulder. Boulder arrives and yes I can load my one touch calling numbers, but I can't hear a thing! The speaker is pathetic. I do not understand how Casio can bring such a piece of junk to the market. Do you remember how the adults talked in the Charlie Brown Christmas special, that is the sound quality of the Blunder, or I mean the Boulder. I actually did an experiment with my ten year old son. We wanted to see if two tin cans and some string had better sound quality than the Blunder, (I think I'll stick with the Blunder, It sounds appropriate). We drilled a couple of holes in the cans and stretched out the string and we heard each other loud and clear.

HEY VERIZON, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? I'M GETTING AN iPHONE!!!!!
The good: Much improved customer service, good plans, good phones
The bad: Service good but not everywhere
Summary: This is a great company, it has good phones and great EVDO Rev-0 service
The good: Great Service (customer service; store walk-in & telephone have always been great), Great Selection of phones, Coverage is excellent.
The bad: They do cripple their phones where you cannot modify or hack your phone and Verizon is the most expensive of all the carriers but you get what you pay for......
Summary: I have been with Verizon for over 5 years now and never had any problems with their products or services. They have even replaced my phones with no hassles or questions asked. I would recommend this carrier to anyone. Verizon does cost more but its well worth it.
The good: Has a big enough touchscreen to do what you want without mistakingly touching something you didn't want to touch
The bad: If you turn the volume for the music above medium you can clearly hear a kind of static sound
Summary: This phone is a excellent phone with many features not for any one who needs a solid music phone or for any one who wants to show off but a really good phone I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
The good: Design inside and out, 2mp camera, Batterie life, Reception, Call quality, Video record length, Awesome ringtones!!
The bad: A little slow user interface, Attracts finger prints!
Summary: Design inside and out- The top flip and lip are mirror-like. The keypad is very neat and lit up with a light blue backlight. 2mp camera- very good quality pictures - Batterie life- lasts a few days without charging - Reception- 5 bars in my area
Call quality- havent had a dropped call, and good voice sound -Video record length- gets up to 12:39 seconds with the SD card that they give you.
A little slow user interface, but faster than original RAZR- When navigating through the menu's you will notice that its not following your moves at the exact time.

Attracts finger prints- When you touch the keypad or top flip and lip, your finger prints are there and are hard to get off unless you use a dust-free cloth.
The good: Easy to use, good sound quality, decent call sound, very useful in almost any situation.
The bad: MicroSD slot is under the battery, buttons take a little getting used to.
Summary: I was really looking forward to getting this in the mail and i'm glad i did. It has alot of subtle features that make everything simple. Like when you're texting and you want to end a sentence you just press space twice, and then it auto capitalizes for you. Some features are a little confusing but you just have to navigate a menu or two and you'll figure it out eventually
The good: Well it's pink and thin, but what surprises me the most is that it has bluetooth
The bad: The screen is very small
Summary: Well over all this is a great phone I mean look at it it is awesome!!!!!!!!!!
