The good: Good Music Phone
The bad: Bad audio quality. Hard to hear
Summary: I have not had any problems with this phone so far. I have only had it 2 wks though, so who knows what is to come. It's an overall good phone but the audio is bad. It's hard to hear when you are talking.
The good: Nice full keyboard and screen. Camera takes nice pictures.
The bad: No video capture. No personalized ring tones unless you buy them.
Summary: Very nice phone. Disappointed when I found out I cant record videos or use personalized ring tones. Cant really send anything via blue tooth so that feature is pretty much pointless. Overall its a nice phone if you just want it for the full keyboard. Thinking of taking it back, I dont really want to be stuck with this phone for my whole 2 year contract.
The good: Price, Service
The bad: Internet older
Summary: I don't see what the problem is. I've only had the service for a week but I already love it. I was with Virgin Mobile for over a year before and had more problems with my old service than I have so far with Boost. I contacted customer service two days after for a charge that I recived but shouldn't have and they credited me immediatly for it. And the customer service was quite plesant.
The good: screen
easy to use
makes texting easy and fun
size
The bad: none so far!
Summary: I just got this phone 1 week ago because my razor's contract ran out and it was time to get an upgrade. At first I wanted the Xenon but after I got a chance to play with the impression I knew it was way better than the xenon. I dont know were people are getting the short battery life thing from but the battery I have gives me well over 7 hours. I recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a good texting touchscreen phone.

THIS PHONE IS THE BEST PHONE FOR ATT!!!
The good: We're still located in the USA
The bad: NONE
Summary: I currently use boost mobile and work for them in Customer Service located in Louisiana! We're not going anywhere, and neither are the other call centers located in California, Florida, Oregon, Texas, or Arkansas! So please keep uneducated comments to yourself!
The good: A slider w/ keyboard
The bad: Camera, ya na the wrks
Summary: If tracfone wants to make a great entrance in the phone world-they need to come up with a keyboard phone-like At&t or Verizion.
The good: extra row # keys compared 2 Rumor
The bad: screen 2 sm 4 internet
Summary: put phone thru ringer w/except. of dropping it. text good, not a speed freak, but it keeps up. no prob. w/ backsp like Rumor. browser good, screen 2 sm. good 4 a quick look. mp3 easy 2 use, 1.3 cam is nice, compared 2 others like it. all around good, easy 2 use. never read owner's man. no prob. down loading
The good: Currently Speak English.
The bad: Moving over seas.
Summary: This is to all the people complaining about Boost Mobiles customer service. Currently Boost has a call center located in Kentucky. But as of June 1st this and all other call centers nationwide will no longer be. All of boosts call centers are going to Mexico and across seas. So good luck!
The good: This is a excellent phone to get, the buttons are just write, the new touch screen design is also a cool new feature they put in and it just keeps on surprising you no matter what. Id pick this phone over the iphone anyday.
The bad: I cant find anything wrong.
Summary: All in All this is a amazing phone to have, and its design for any type of person, for example you like to text alot , and the wifi that comes on this phone is also amazing.
The good: Best service in remote areas, Great customer service, Improved rebate program, Did I mention best remote area service?
The bad: Verizon bought them...
Summary: Here's the thing...

When you order your phone online, you are forfeiting your right to good customer service. If you handle things through an agent they will not be able to help you because you purchased through a third party, and we all know there are far more agents than retail stores.

Having worked for Alltel for the last three and a half years I will say I'm appalled that some of you had to go through those kind of experiences, but it's up to you to escalate the situation to get what you need taken care of.

The thing so many customers fail to realize, is that for the reps there is always another customer in line, so yes there are times when things get lost in the shuffle but if you don't care enough to follow through on your issues, why should we?

The rebate process has been drastically improved although once again I'll say if you didn't get your rebate, it's YOUR fault. If you're not getting anywhere with email, wouldn't you think there's a next step you should take? Come in to see the rep. I have personally secured over 500 mail-in rebates for my customers when they were initially refused, there's always a way, are you willing to find it?

Bottom line, we offer the best rates for the best service around. Sure T-mobile might have lower prices, but I assure you Alltel will work in more places. It's just a crying shame Verizon bought us out...
The good: Cheap plans for teenagers! Especially the unlimited text, and minutes.
The bad: Cost of phones are pricey!
Summary: I have AT&T/Cingular. I had maxed out my 5 phone limit so I found Boost for my 14 year old. We've had the service for going on two years now. We've never had a problem with dropped calls or excessive waits for texts, and his texts come to approx 6k+ a month! I've had to deal with customer service 6-7x in the two years and have never had a problem reaching someone, with them being able to speak clear english, or be knowledgable of my problem. As with most services they tell you how long your wait is going to be. If it's a busy time and I don't want to hold 20 min I call back at a later hour. When I call back during non peak times I am on with someone in less than 5 minutes. I once called over a billing dispute and they handled it fairly and professionally and did credit the following month. For basic services this is a great service. If you expect I-phone type capabilities lightening fast, you might want to go with a larger carrier such as Cingular/Verizon.
The good: The Camera and its photo shop applications, The unique and cool style, the loud speaker phone, MP3 player lets you use songs as ringtones, youtube on a phone, navigation, widgets on a phone.
The bad: To put music on the phone, at least for a mac, you need an micro sd card adapter for USB drives, the screen is hard to see in sun, for full HTML, you have to go through steps found on youtube, the T9 has an odd Vocabulary, battery only lasts 1-1.5 days on a charge
Summary: Before i had the Memoir, i had the Sidekick 2008. I also recommend that phone if you like to have a personalized device. However, the memoir has an amazing speakerphone, especially compared to the sidekick. I also love having youtube on a phone. and if you get lost easily like i do, the tele navigation is awesome. just buy a car charger if thats going to be used a lot.

I enjoy the easy interface that allows for a customizable home screen. I recommend this phone highly. Just 2 things, plastic hard case and a car charger. These two things will make you much happier with it.
The good: the touch screen
the keyboard
it's small and light
The bad: not any
Summary: It's a nice phone and touch screen and keyboard and I highly recomend it there is so many features and I just can't put it down... neither will you BUY IT
it's fairly cheap compared to it's competetor.
and the battery runs for days without being chareged it's great for texting and sending pictures
The good: Shape, color, feel, battery life, reception.
The bad: Texting, shuts itself off at will.
Summary: I really wanted to like this phone. Except for the shutting itself off problem, I'd still like it. I've had the phone since July of 2008. Until a few months ago, the only complaint I had about the phone was the functionality of the texting. When I get a long text message that is broken up into 2 or 3 pages, I can't just scroll through to the second page. I select the first page, read it, then I have to selet "Back", press down to highlight the second page, press "Open" to read the second page, then "Back", select page 3, press "open", you get the idea. Doesn't sound like a pain when you read this, but on my other phone all I had to do was read the first page, press down, read the second page. None of this back and forth stuff. Ok, now for what really turns me off of this phone. For no reason at all, it will turn itself off. It will do it when you're making a call, when you're in the middle of a call, even when it is sitting on the nightstand and you're doing nothing with it. It will do it with the bluetooth feature on or off, or with the battery at full charge or half. It will do it whether it is plugged into the charger or not. When it does this, it won't turn back on and you must take out the battery and put it back in and turn the phone on. Also, the phone takes a while to turn on. I hadn't even had the phone 6 months when it started doing this. I'm not rough on cell phones, either. I don't drop it or sit on it. It stays on my bed most of the day and in a protective pouch when I'm out. From what I've read on other reviews, 6 months is a long time to have the phone before it starts shutting off for no reason. I've also read in other reviews that the cell provider and Sony Ericsson are very unhelpful in dealing with this. So, I'm not going to bother. I'm going to use my old phone until I can get another phone, and my new phone won't be a Sony Ericsson; never, never, ever again!!

Oh, I should mention the echo you get sometimes. I hear myself on feedback when talking to people sometimes. Very disturbing to hear what you just said repeated back to you, especially when you're tryin to conduct business.
The good: Excellent call quality. Solid feel. Camera takes good pictures. Speakers and ringers are loud enough to be used in higher noise environments.
The bad: I prefer a lanyard and earbud jack. Not on this product. Menus can be confusing. I am still learning my way around the phone. Available holster stores the display away from the body. Not advisable for a phone advertised for use in abusive environments.
Summary: I am a Field Service Technician. I never know if I will be in a vehicle, factory, or outside while working. I use a phone at about 800-900 calling minutes a month for work alone. The product thus far has lived up to advertisement. Great signal quality. Functionality is good. Used in heavy rain. Phone has been dropped on concrete(more than once). I would recommend this phone to others. If I had to describe it in one word it would either be "Solid" of "Dependable". AS I use a cell phone as much as I do I appreciate the old fashioned earbud jack (i've never had a battery run dead on an earbud). This phone has no such jack so I will ding it a little. I have no battery issues, I always charge my battery every nite, and the battery life easily carries the phone through an entire day.
The good: thin, sharp
The bad: bad photo resolution
Summary: Never got trouble with that Cell Phone. The camera is not good at all, but all I need is a phone! It had never freezed up for me, it had a hard life and never let me down.
I don't use internet with it so can't say for that.
The good: Look and Feel.
The bad: Silver on side came off from normal use. Touch Screen not accurate. Durability.
Summary: After 6 months of normal use, this phone came apart. The only thing connecting it was the cable. We tried getting this covered under manufacturer warranty but Verizon would not accept that. If phones are marketed to 13 year olds, they should be able to stand up to a 13 year-old.
The good: Really cool hidden LED external display, Beautiful internal display; very vivid,
Fantastic music player on a non-walkman SE device,
Camera
The bad: Sometimes freezes/lags, battery hatch easily pops off,
some side buttons somewhat unresponsive
Summary: Before this phone, I had the extremely reliable SE Z520a, which was the best phone I ever had. When the salesperson told me it was basically that phone was a predeccesor to this, I decided to try this out. When I bought mine, the purple color was still available and that color was extremely vivid and eye-catching. The hidden LED display is perfect and pretty much blew all of my friends away. It's no good in the sunshine unless you shield it with your hand or something, but you could always just flip it open and check there. I think the first time turning it on, the first thing that would catch the eye of the user was the brilliant internal display. Due to its large size, obviously the phone was on the larger side. Although the phone was on the big side, it just gave it a durable, solid feel rather than unnecessarily large. The buttons were extremely well placed and it's a great phone for texting on. I kept the camera on its lowest setting (VGA) and the performance was still outstanding, and the 2 mp pictures were astounding. The phone has an impressive internal memory because i was able to store most of my text messages from when i first got this phone as well as music and pictures. The sound on this phone was awesome and I thought a really cool feature was that if you chose to, you could actually close the phone while on speakerphone and the call wouldn't end. The call quality was really clear at first, but as time went there would be these annoying times that got more and more frequent where the call would end and the phone would shut off. I'm not certain if it was on this specific device because my sister also has this device and hers does not do this, but just be wary. Also, if you're clumsy, this may or may not be the phone for you. On the con side, the battery hatch easily pops off when it falls (but not when trying to take it off- go figure. However, on the plus side, for such a stylish product, it's pretty durable. I've dropped it on numerous occasions and although your phone will automatically shut down or say inactive smartchip, if you just turn it off and take out then put back in the battery, it works good as new. The small music button is somewhat unresponsive, but that's only when the phone is closed, so I don't personally think that point is a deal-breaker. The battery life really isn't something to rejoice about, especially while texting. However, like most SE devices, it will give you a warning that the phone is abut to die (like 5 times) before actually dying, so you can warn your mom/spouse/whomever that you can't be reached (: Overall, for the price this is a fantastic phone with a few annoyances that aren't disruptive to the overall performance. If you're someone who's looking for a bunch of media on one phone at a wallet-friendly price (around $9.99 with a 2-yr contract with at&t)this really is a spectacular phone. It's not one of the higher-end phones from SE, but it still performs really well. I'd definitely recommend this
The good: Active customer service upgrade, outstanding network coverage, new CEO, 4G service in the works, Simply Everything Plan
The bad: Length of time to get rebate, small selection of phones
Summary: I recently began an intense 12 week training course with Sprint and in the process have learned quite a bit. To give my customers the best service possible I have spent hours researching other carriers--on my own time, mind you--and have found most of them lacking. Verizon, for one, does not have service in my area, and I live in a highly populated area. I have never had a dropped call with Sprint and the network has been consistent wherever I travel.

Dan Hesse took over as Sprint's CEO not too long ago and immediately began a complete overhaul of Sprint's customer service. A new program is being implemented within Sprint's call centers that will create a uniformity rarely seen within a company. No longer will you call and ask for help only to be denied by one rep and approved by another. That alone will change the way people view Sprint's customer service, but much more is being done as well. Verizon claims to have the best network but in reality Sprint has spent decades laying the best network possible--it's the customer service that was always lacking, and now they're making strides in catching up with others such as Verizon. Also, 4G is coming, and coming soon. Parts of the east coast already have it, and it will undoubtedly spread like wildfire once testing is complete.

The Simply Everything plan is what takes the cake. No carrier can compare to this. For $99.99/month you receive unlimited data, unlimited SMS, unlimited voice--unlimited everything. Each additional line is $89.99. Though this sounds like a lot of money, shop around. No carrier offers an everything plan like this. Usually you will pay a set fee for a set amount of minutes, then an additional fee for added features like unlimited text, unlimited data. The Everything plan with Sprint is all-inclusive, and you simply will not find a better deal.

There are cons, of course. I've found that mail in rebates take 21 days from the date of receipt before they will begin being processed. You're looking at a total of 10-12 weeks before you'll receive a check. This can be frustrating, and what's worse is when you have conflicting information within Sprint as to how long it takes to process a rebate. Again, they are making active steps toward eliminating conflicting information, and this is one area where you'll see a huge change in customer service quality in the future.

Also, the phone selection is limited. On the other hand, I do believe Sprint has picked the cream of the crop for their phone selection. You have the HTC Touch Pro & Touch Diamond, a few different Blackberrys, all of which are great (I have the Curve and have had the LG Lotus and the Diamond), and will have the Palm Pre and Instinct S30 before long.

Are there more cons? Surely. What I've noticed, however, is that Sprint has good customer service with the goal of becoming excellent within the next year. The phones are quality, the network excellent, the tech support knowledgeable. From an
The good: You can navigate througt the menus without touch the screen, i love the camera, good pics.
The bad: No flash for camera.
Summary: The best phone of ever. Samsung is quality, LG Xenon looks cute but samsung is better.
