Latest software update made battery life awesome. Apps being added at a rate of 1000 per day. Camera is awesome. Call and video quality are great. Web browser is best in class. Buy it!!
Their system seems to be so fouled up I actually feel sorry for the customer service reps. Actually, I don't feel that sorry for them. The company just cut my service off for no reason and now I've been sitting on the phone with them for fifteen minutes while this guy tries to figure out why. I also had to file a dispute form through my bank last month because the company had overcharged me $50 and magically could not find any record of it. That issue still has not been resolved. I could let fifty bucks slide but now it is a matter of principle. I'm pissed. Is the savings worth this crap?

Love this phone! The clarity of HD voice is instantly noticeable. The keypad is amazingly easy to use and makes typos nearly non-existent. The browser speed is second to none. Not a bunch of apps ready for it but they're coming and how many apps do you really need? Battery life could be better...I get about 12 hours with moderate usage, 8 with more heavy usage (I don't have an update yet, but that's Bell's fault).

Balance is amazing as is work drives. You can work right on the phone and it is EASY. More apps needed but they will come. This is a whole new Os so they have to be rewritten I guess.
good quality phone with all the features and apps that i need. Was considering a blackberry after being a long term user, it was difficult to choose between the two but due to Blackberry's lack of app i went for the nokia
The galaxy s3 is one of the best android devices I've used. I love the overall look and feel of the device in the hand definitely feels like a premium device with or without a case despite its plastic feel. By far one of the best cameras I've used on an android device. I always feel like if the camera and over all experience of the camera is good i find myself uploading more pics to Facebook and taking more pics. The battery life i fell was a bit disappointing. I've definitely had better battery life from batteries with less amps and the s3 has 2100ma. I only got about 5 hours of heavy use out of it. Iove the added features of touchwiz like being able to swipe my palm across the screen to take a screenshot. But i felt if i had a lot of widgets on my home screens ie: Facebook, weather, music, etc. It became a bit lagging scrolling between home screens. But that aside i would give my overall experience with this device an a+ but because of my experience with bad battery life and laggy ui i have rooted my device to get a stock look and feel and to get the latest and greatest android experience. Cruz we all know how att is about sending updates to there devices. I would definetly recommend this device to a friend.

Had this phone now for three weeks. I also own the Note 2 (had for 6 months) and also the Nokia 820 (had for 2 months). I enjoy using different mobile platforms. However on occasion, over the last two weeks when it came to Web browsing and apps, I was very tempted to retrieve my Note 2 from drawer.
Z10 has sturdy build, premium looks - particularly on the black version. Sadly, I have the white version (the version I own) is devoid of the soft rubberized plastic battery door cover which is on its black version. Instead we have hard cheap feel plastic.
Browsing on occasion is erratic. Often it will crash, screen will blacken and become unresponsive for a couple seconds. Continue to swipe the blank screen and then the browser will jump back to the top of the Web page. You will then have to scroll down the page to get back to what ever you were reading. Frustrating quirk. Stability isn't currently a strength of this phone
I have found no way to quickly make a call from an open text / from text drawer. One has to specifically go to contacts/dialler/calls. Neither is there any facility for cutting and pasting numbers onto the dialler.
Call quality is fantastic. The Note 2 cannot compare. Media sound is full and loud - no complaints.
The screen is sharp, albeit a little dark at times. .However, sensitivity of the screen to swipes is erratic.
Apps (lack of...) is the frustrating part of the blackberry user experience. No flip book, no pulse or evernote...I am struggling. even windows 8 has evernote! Lots of app development required
On the subject of apps, the maps app requires lots of development. It is currently not safe to use its navigation facility. I tried it once on a long journey and got lost in the British countryside. I was forced to swap phones to my No nokia 820 - which as a reliable on board navigation app.

This phone has aged incredibly well. Aside from the smaller screen and LTE, this is just as snappy as the iPhone 5. LTE is overhyped to me as it only saves me a few seconds on download time and if your day comes down to seconds, you need to look at other things in your life.

The only disadvantage of this product is the gigantic size, but on time, i soon get used to with it and eventually it turn to be a great advantage. Try it and you will see the differences. Guaranteed!
