I've had this phone for a few years now and it is alright. The general design of the phone is good and I like the dedicated camera button, but the Windows Phone 7 ecosystem isn't great. There is a fairly poor selection of apps, and many of them are slow or don't work. For example, the Facebook app has a weird theme compared to the Facebook iOS or Android applications, and it difficult to use. It is also slow. Games run poorly and are difficult to access. You have to go through an Xbox Live application to play them.
Overall, mediocre phone.
This will be the device that changes your life.
Very good camera and i found htc sense is useless so i go with s4
It has a beautiful 5.5 inch 720p hd.... S pen enhanced gestures.... Air view.... Fast quad core 1.6 Ghz.... Awesome the camera.. 1080p full hd video recording.. Slow motion and fast motion.. And Alot more. :)
The phone is a beast and it actually is a whole lot better and works better than you would actually expect. the only downside is the design didn't change much but for some its about what the phone can do not what it looks like. every new feature that I have tried so far has worked perfectly with no problems at all.
its a very innovative fone up till now..its display is ausum..design doesnt matter much but still its good..ill go for s4 instead of htc one..

overall awesome device. I cant think of any major tweaks but improve the s-pen and integrate new Features and functionality.
every thing in this device is good no discuss about it but i gave the design 3 out of 5 coz i hoped that maybe sam will made the sgs4 from aluminium body just like HTS one but over all i like the phone and i'll buy it actually i dont care about the plastic since i already have nokia express music 5800 ^_^ yeah yeah i have an old phone :{ LOL
