Update Wednesday is here again, Android fans, and Google’s got notable updates for its work apps.
Google says that its new update for Google Docs makes it easier to read and review documents. It does this by making the user interface elements disappear while you’re scrolling down. When you decide that it’s time to edit, you just tap the blue floating action button and get going. Google says that it’s pushing updates to its Sheets and Slides app too.
While the large screens used on many recent smartphones offer lots of real estate, sometimes the UI from an app can get distracting while you’re trying to read and edit a document.
