After canceling the OnePlus One’s StyleSwap covers due to “technical difficulties,” the folks at OnePlus have introduced a new accessory that should be much easier for them to produce.

The OnePlus Silver Bullet Earphones are a pair of earphones that feature a brushed aluminum casing along with an in-line mic and three-button remote that give access to the OnePlus One’s music, camera and voice calls. If you’re interested in the the nitty-gritty specs of the Silver Bullet Earphones, they are as follows:

• Impedance: 32Ω+/-15%
• Sensitivity: 108dB (at 500Hz)
• Frequency: 20Hz-20000Hz
• Maximum Power: 20mW
• Connector: 3.5mm
• Wire: Environmental TPE, 1.1M

Pricing for the OnePlus Silver Bullet Headphones is set at $14.99. OnePlus says that the earphones will go on sale next week in all 16 of its launch markets (US, Canada, HK, Taiwan, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Denmark, Sweden and Finland).

Obviously we’ll have to get the Silver Bullet Earphones in our ears before we can make any judgments about their performance, but they certainly look nice. Plus, $15 seems like a reasonable price for earphones that have aluminum casings and an in-line remote with mic.
