Look like Samsung Galaxy Note owners on AT&T that are hungry for some Ice Cream Sandwich will finally get their dessert later this week. It's been revealed that the Galaxy Note's update to Android 4.0 will begin tomorrow, July 10. The update will bring with it the usual goodies that you'd expect with Ice Cream Sandwich as well as Samsung's Premium Suite of apps. Samsung has said that the Premium Suite features several S Note-related tweaks, like the ability to digitize geometric shapes and solve numeric formulas as well as a My Story app that allows users to create digital greeting cards.
AT&T confirmed back in March that the Galaxy Note would receive a bump up to Android 4.0 along with several other devices on its roster. Still, I'm sure that today's announcement is welcome news for Galaxy Note owners on AT&T, especially since some international Note owners have been enjoying ICS for nearly two months now. If you've got a Galaxy Note on AT&T, be sure to keep an eye out for your Android 4.0 update. Oh, and don't forget to take a break from playing with your newly-sandwiched handset once the update arrives so that you can tell us how the ICS is treating you!
