Last month, Samsung released a list of devices on the four major U.S. carriers that'll be receiving an upgrade to Android 4.0. While the products from AT&T, Sprint and Verizon were included, there was no T-Mobile hardware to be found. However, Samsung promised that it was "in close communication" with Magenta and that it'd update us when it had more information to share, and that's exactly what it's done. Samsung has confirmed a quartet of T-Mobile products that'll be receiving an update to Ice Cream Sandwich:
There aren't really any surprises on that list, but it's still nice to get confirmation straight from Sammy's mouth. Of course, we still don't know exactly when these updates will begin pushing out, but at least the owners of these four devices can rest easy knowing that they'll be getting a taste of Ice Cream Sandwich at some point. You can bet that once we get more information on the rollouts of these Android 4.0 upgrades, you'll be the first ones we tell. Stay tuned.
