Time to add another lawsuit to the seemingly endless list of court cases between Apple and Samsung around the globe. Today it's been revealed that Apple has hit Samsung with a suit in Germany, where the two companies have already spent quite a bit of time battling over the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N. This latest case involves 10 Samsung smartphones, including the Samsung Galaxy S II and Galaxy S Plus, which Apple believes violate design rights held by it in Europe. An Apple spokesman also confirmed that the Cupertino firm has filed a separate lawsuit against five Samsung-made tablets that's related to the Tab 10.1 ban that Apple won in September.
Considering how frequently Apple and Samsung have been trading legal blows over the past several months, it should come as no surprise that yet another suit has been filed between the two companies. So far Apple's Germany suits against Samsung have brought mixed results, winning the aforementioned Galaxy Tab 10.1 ban but then being told that its case against the revised Galaxy Tab 10.1N is unlikely to result in another ban.
