When T-Mobile announced the Dell Streak 7 at CES, they gave us all the juicy details about the HSPA+-enabled tablet and then left us out in the cold when it came time to reveal pricing and launch info, simply stating that it'd arrive "in the coming weeks." Originally we heard that the Streak 7 would arrive alongside the CLIQ 2 on January 19th, but our friends at TmoNews have gotten word that we could be waiting a little longer for Dell's new tablet to hit. According to a freshly-leaked document, the Streak 7 is set to land on T-Mobile's shelves on February 2nd. The date is a little hard to make out on the somewhat blurry photo, but trust us when we say it's there.
While it's true that the Streak 7 isn't running Honeycomb like its G-Slate buddy, Dell's offering looks like a good choice for anyone in the market for a tablet, too. It's sporting a large 7-inch display, front and rear-facing cameras, Android 2.2 with Dell's Stage UI, HSPA+ connectivity, and, most importantly, a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor. With all of its high-end specs, I wouldn't be shocked to see the Streak 7 get bumped up to Android 3.0 sooner rather than later. So, are any of you planning to snag a Streak 7 next month?
