Forget about Mother's Day? Looking for a cheap webOS device on the nation's largest 3G network? Verizon has got a deal for you.
Following the huge price cut that knocked the Pre Plus down to $29.99 on contract, Verizon Wireless has priced the Pixi Plus to move at $0 on contract. Although it is arguably a slower device and has a smaller screen than the Pre, the idea of a free Pixi Plus with the complimentary Mobile Hotspot feature is certainly hard to ignore.
Verizon has priced their Palm devices aggressively, and here's to hoping that AT&T will do the same right out of the gate. These price cuts do have me wondering something, though: Why is Sprint still selling the original, non-plus Pre at $149.99 on contract?
