Is there such a thing as too many early looks at an unannounced flagship phone? We hope not, because the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has leaked out once again.
The newest Note 20 Ultra leak provides us with some official-looking renders of the upcoming flagship along with some specs and details on how Samsung will market it. According to WinFuture, Samsung will highlight the S Pen's low latency on the Note 20 Ultra, which has dropped to 9 milliseconds to make writing with the stylus as close as possible to writing on paper.
Samsun is also reportedly working with Microsoft a couple major features of the Note 20 Ultra. The first is automatic sync with OneNote, Microsoft's digital note-taking app, and the second is that the Note 20 Ultra will be the first phone optimized for Microsoft's new Project xCloud service.
Project xCloud aims to let you stream Xbox games from the cloud on your phone over a Wi-Fi or cellular connection. It's currently in preview, but today's report claims that you'll be able to play more than 90 games on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
When it comes to specs, today's report confirms many of the Note 20 Ultra features that we've heard in previous leaks. Samsung is reportedly giving this new Note a 6.9-inch 3200x1440 Dynamic AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and in-display fingerprint reader. A 10MP hole-punch selfie camera will be centered at the top of the screen.
Around back will purportedly be a triple rear camera setup with a 108MP main camera, a 12MP ultra wide angle camera, and a 12MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. Samsung is reportedly cutting back on the 100x zoom from the Galaxy S20 Ultra and giving the Note 20 Ultra "only" a 50x Space Zoom.
Other specs that'll reportedly be included with the Note 20 Ultra include 12GB of RAM, 256GB/512GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot, and a 4500mAh battery that you'll be able to recharge with fast charging or wireless charging. Today's report is focused on the international version of the Note 20 Ultra, so it says that the phone will have an Exynos 990 processor, but in the US it's expected that the phone will have either a Snapdragon 865 or perhaps Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 865 Plus.
About the only details we don't yet know for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra are its exact release date and its price. But with Samsung set to officially announce the Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra on August 5, it won't be long before we know that info, too.
