After facing a small delay due to unexpected demand, the Motorola Razr foldable is ready for pre-order.
Verizon will begin taking pre-orders for the Motorola Razr on January 26th at 12:01 am ET/9:01 pm PT. The new Motorola foldable phone will launch in stores on February 6th.
Pricing will be set at $62.49 per month for 24 months on a Verizon Device Payment plan. If you'd prefer to buy outright, you can get a Motorola Razr for $1,499.99.
If you're interested in the Motorola Razr but looking to save a little cash on its price, Verizon has a couple of ways for you to do that. Customers who switch to Verizon can save up to $500 by trading in an eligible smartphone and signing up for a Verizon Unlimited plan, plus those switchers will get an additional $200 prepaid Mastercard.
Existing Verizon customers can save up to $300 on the purchase of a Motorola Razr when they trade in an eligible smartphone.
As a refresher, the new Motorola Razr takes the form factor of the classic Razr flip phone and turns it into an Android smartphone with a foldable display. That inner screen is a 6.2-inch 2142x876 OLED screen with 21:9 aspect ratio. On the outside of the phone is a 2.7-inch OLED that'll let you view your notifications, control music, and take a selfie without opening the device.
The Razr is packing a 16MP main camera with Dual Pixel autofocus and a 5MP front camera. There's a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor inside the phone alongside 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 2510mAh battery.
Now that the Motorola Razr is ready for launch, are you thinking about picking one up?
