Another leak has surfaced today that says we're getting the Galaxy S21 earlier than Samsung typically introduces its new Galaxy S flagships.
Samsung's biggest store in India has said that the Galaxy S21 series will be announced globally on January 14. The Samsung Opera House shop in Bengaluru shared this info with the folks at Android Authority, adding that sales will actually begin on January 29.
The price to pre-order a Galaxy S21 series phone from this store is Rs 2,000, or around $27 USD. After the phones are announced, pre-order customers can choose which model they want.
The Samsung store went on to confirm a few details about the Galaxy S21 phones. The Galaxy S21 Ultra will include a 108MP main camera plus dual 10MP cams, one that'll offer 10x optical zoom, as well as laser autofocus. Rumors say the Ultra will include a fourth cam that'll be a 12MP ultra wide sensor.
All three S21 models will be powered by a Samsung Exynos 2100 chipset in India. The FCC confirmed this week that in the U.S., the Galaxy S21 series will include Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 processor.
Finally, we're getting info on the color options that each Galaxy S21 model will come in. The regular S21 will get gray, pink, purple, and white colors while the Galaxy S21+ will be offered in pink, purple, silver, and black hues. The top-end Galaxy S21 Ultra will only get black and silver colors.
