The Galaxy Note models have traditionally been the only Samsung phones with S Pen support, but according to a new leak, that'll change in 2021.
Samsung's Galaxy S21 Ultra will reportedly include support for the S Pen stylus. Leaker Ice Universe has said that they "can 100% confirm" that the S21 Ultra will work with the S Pen, which would make it the first Galaxy S series phone to support Samsung's stylus.
Yes, I can 100% confirm that S21 Ultra supports S Pen

In a separate, more cryptic tweet, Ice Universe said "Keep your S Pen and don't lose it." with a sunglasses emoji. This could be a hint that Samsung will not actually include a S Pen with the Galaxy S21 Ultra but will include support for those customers that already own an S Pen or want to buy one separately.
This theory may be backed up by the recent Galaxy S21 Ultra design leaks that don't include an S Pen slot like the Galaxy Note phones have. Leaker Max Jambor also said today that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will support the S Pen but "does not have a separate shaft for it", adding that there may be a separate case to hold the S Pen on the S21 Ultra's rear.
Another reason why Samsung may not include the S Pen with the Galaxy S21 Ultra is that rumors have suggested that Samsung might not bundle a wall charger or earphones with the Galaxy S21 phones. If it chooses not to include either of those accessories with the Galaxy S21, it's possible that Samsung wouldn't want to include an S Pen stylus, either.
