Early this year, rumors said that Apple was planning to reduce the size of the notch on the iPhone 12, but more recent reports say that the notch will be the same size as on the iPhone 11. Now a new leak says that Apple is planning to shrink the notch on next year's iPhones.
The iPhone 13 will reportedly still have a notch, but it'll be shorter than the one on the iPhone 12. Leaker Ice Universe shared this info on Twitter, adding a sketch to show what this shorter notch might look like.

Apple first began using a notch with the iPhone X in 2017. We've seen the same notch on new iPhones every year since then and could see it again on this year's iPhone 12, and so many iPhone owners would probably like to see Apple eliminate the notch completely on the iPhone 13. If it doesn't, though, a shorter notch would at least be some kind of change that would give you a bit more screen real estate back.
What do you think of the iPhone's notch? Would you be disappointed if next year's iPhone doesn't eliminate the notch completely or would be fine with a shorter notch?
