The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has leaked several times in renders, but today we're getting our first look at a real phone.
New photos show the Galaxy S20 FE in the flesh. The device in the photos from Jimmy Is Promo looks just like the one in the leaked renders, sporting a flat display with a hole-punch at its top and a chin below it. Around back is a Note 20-like camera bump with three cams.
Today's leak goes on to reconfirm a few of the Galaxy S20 FE's specs. They include a flat 6.5-inch FHD display with 120Hz refresh rate, a 32MP selfie camera, and IP68 water and dust resistance.
Meanwhile, a separate leak from Evan Blass this week fills in the rest of the Galaxy S20 FE's spec list. The triple camera setup on the back of the phone includes 12MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, and 8MP telephoto camera. There's support for 3x optical zoom and 30x Super Resolution Zoom, too.
Inside the Galaxy S20 FE is a Snapdragon 865 processor, 5G support, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. A 4500mAh battery is powering the S20 FE, and you can refill that battery using fast wired charging and fast wireless charging. Wireless PowerShare is supported, too, so you can use the S20 FE to recharge other devices.
One detail we still don't have is how much the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will cost when it launches, but it's expected to be lower cost than the $999 Galaxy S20. Samsung is hosting an event on September 23 and it's expected that the Galaxy S20 FE will be announced there, so we should get concrete pricing info soon.
