Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 leaks again, including high-quality images and specs

Following the hands-on video leak that gave us a clear look at the Galaxy Watch 3 in action, another leak has surfaced that spills even more high-quality images and full spec lists.

As expected, the Galaxy Watch 3 will be available in two sizes: 45mm (above) and 41mm (below). WinFuture reports that the 45mm will get a bigger 1.4-inch 360x360 Super AMOLED display while the 41mm will get a 1.2-inch 360x360 Super AMOLED screen. Both displays will get Gorilla Glass DX for added protection.

The other major difference between the two watches is battery size. The 45mm Galaxy Watch 3 will pack a 340mAh battery while the 41mm gets a 247mAh battery.

If you're curious about the overall sizes of the two watches, the 45mm is said to measure 45mm x 46.2mm x 11.1mm while the 41mm watch is 41mm x 42.5mm x 11.3mm.

The rest of the spec list for the two watches is the same. They've both got an Exynos 9110 processor paired with 1GB of RAM (up from 0.75GB on the Galaxy Watch) and 8GB of storage (up from 4GB on the OG Galaxy Watch). Both watches have Tizen OS 5.5, NFC, and GPS plus a heart rate monitor to help track your workouts and sleep tracking, too. Samsung is said to be cooking up LTE-enabled versions so you can leave your phone behind and still get your notifications.

Finally, the cases for both watches meet MIL-STD-810G specification, have IP68 water and dust resistance, and can survive being submerged in up to 50 meters of water for up to 10 minutes.

Samsung will officially introduce the Galaxy Watch 3 on August 5. One detail that's still a mystery here is how much the watches will cost when they launch. The previous Galaxy Watch launched at $329.99 for the smaller model and $349.99 for the larger one, so we could see similar prices for the Galaxy Watch 3.
