Right on schedule, Oppo has introduced a new wall charger that can fast charge at 125W speeds.
Oppo's new 125W flash charge tech can fully recharge a 4000mAh battery in just 20 minutes. If you don't need a full recharge, this 125W charger can get you 41 percent battery charge in just 5 minutes.

With all of that power flowing to a phone, some folks might have concerns about heat or safety. Oppo has added 10 temperature sensors in its charger that monitor charging status. There are fuse overvoltage protection measures, too, as well as Type-C to Type-C wire and and a 128-bit encryption algorithm for added safety.
The charger itself also includes "significantly improved power density properties" to get that reduced charging time while not increasing the size of the charger. The charger also supports Oppo's previous SuperVOOC and VOOC charging solutions as well as 65W PD and 125W PPS mainstream charging protocols.
If wireless charging is more your thing, Oppo's got something for you, too. The company today announced its 65W AirVOOC wireless flash charge solution that change fully charge a 4000mAh battery in just 30 minutes.
The charger itself features sculpted glass and has a semiconductor cooler in the bottom to control heat, which helps to keep your phone cooler. Oppo touts that this feature helps keep the charging phone 2 degrees Celsius cooler compared to just using fan cooling.
This 65W AirVOOC wireless charger also has five safety protection features to help keep you and your devices safe. There's foreign object detection to ensure that the only thing this charger will provide power to is your phone, and the charger is also compatible with the Qi standard.
Rounding out Oppo's new charger offerings are two products that use GaN tech to get you fast charging speeds in small packages. The 50W mini SuperVOOC charger measures just 82.2mm x 39mm x 10.05mm (3.23 in x 1.53 in x 0.39) and also supports 27W PD and 50W PPS mainstream charging protocols.
Last is the 110W mini flash charger, which is just 35.763, or around the size of a normal 18W charger.
The one bit of bad news here is that there's no word on when any of these chargers will actually launch. They're all pretty appealing, with the 125W and 65W chargers giving you ultra-fast charging speeds while the 50W and 110W offer slower but still fast charging in super small packages, and so we'll definitely be keeping an eye out for whenever Oppo unleashes these chargers to the public.
