We first met the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G a couple of months ago, and now it's finally ready to begin launching at carriers in the US.
The Galaxy A71 5G will arrive first at T-Mobile and Sprint. It'll be available from those two starting this Friday, June 19, with pricing for T-Mo customers set at $0 down and $25 per month for 24 months. If you switch to T-Mo or add a new line of service, though, you can get $300 off via monthly bill credits, cutting the cost of the A71 in half.
Sprint customers will be able to get the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G for $0 down and $15 per month on an 18-month Sprint Flex Lease.
AT&T is planning to kick off Galaxy A71 5G pre-orders on June 19 with a launch scheduled for July 10. Pricing on the big blue carrier will be $600 spread out over 30 months, which works out to be $20 per month, but if you add a new line on an unlimited plan AT&T will sell you the A71 for $10 per month.
For a limited time, AT&T customers who buy the Galaxy A71 5G and add a new line will also get a $100 Visa gift card.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G will launch at Verizon later this summer, too, but Verizon isn't talking price or launch info quite yet.
As a refresher, the Galaxy A71 5G features a 6.7-inch 2400x1080 Super AMOLED Plus display and a 32MP selfie camera in a hole-punch at the top of that screen. Around back are 4 more cameras, including a 64MP main cam, 12MP ultra wide sensor, 5MP macro camera for close-up shots, and a 5MP depth camera to help capture portrait mode photos.
The Galaxy A71 5G is also equipped with a Snapdragon 765G processor and 6GB of RAM. There's 128GB of storage built into the phone, plus a microSD card slot if you need more storage. Android 10 is preloaded by Samsung, and there's a 4500mAh battery with fast charge support.
