Big smartphone screens are great for using with a stylus, letting you easily jot down notes and doodle images. And today LG introduced the latest member of its stylus-equipped smartphone family.
The LG Stylo 6 is now available from Boost Mobile. It's normally priced at $219.99, but you can score one for $179.99. And if you buy before May 26, you can use the code MEMORIAL2020 to save an additional 20% off the LG Stylo 6, bringing your final total down to $143.99.
One of the main features of the LG Stylo 6 is its built-in stylus. LG has built some special software features into the Stylo 6 to take advantage of the stylus, like the ability to just pop out the stylus and start writing on the screen while you're doing anything else and your note will be saved as a memo.
LG has given the Stylo 6 a large 6.8-inch FHD+ display so you've got plenty of space for writing down those notes. The LG Stylo 6 is also equipped with a triple rear camera array that includes a 13MP main sensor, 5MP wide angle cam with 120-degree field of view, and a 5MP depth camera to help you capture portrait mode photos. There's a 13MP selfie camera in a waterdrop notch at the top of the display.
There's a fingerprint reader on the back of the LG Stylo 6, too, and on the bottom of the phone there's a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a USB-C port for recharging the Stylo 6's 4000mAh battery.
Inside the LG Stylo 6 is a combination of a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of built-in storage, and a microSD slot that'll accept cards up to 2TB in size.
On the software side, the LG Stylo 6 comes equipped with Android 10.
LG's Stylo series has always offered consumers a more affordable option for a smartphone with a built-in stylus, and so it's nice to see the series continue with the LG Stylo 6. The specs for the Stylo 6 seem solid for the price, especially the deal we mentioned above, and the gradient paint job on the back of the device looks great.
