Alongside its trio of new flagship phones, TCL today detailed a few new wearable devices.
First up is the ACTV200BT, a pair of wireless earphones that also provides real-time heart rate readings. It uses ActivHearts tech, which is a multi-sensor system that's built into the acoustic tube of the right earpiece. When paired with select third-party apps on your phone, the ACTV200BT can provide an audio heart rate reading on the spot so you don't have to look at your phone.
The ACTV200BT feature an 8.6mm speaker driver, passive noise isolation, Bluetooth 5.0, and IPX4 sweat and water resistance. The battery will last you up to 14 hours on a single charge, and its fast charging tech, you can get 2 hours of playback on the ACTV200BT with just 15 minutes of charge time.
TCL says the ACTV200BT will launch in the US and Europe at a price of €79.99/$79.99.
If you don't care about heart rate readings, TCL's got a couple other pairs of wireless headphones you may be interested in. The SOCL500TWS features 5.8mm speaker drivers, IPX4 water repelling capabilities, and 6.5 hours of battery life plus an additional 19.5 hours from the charging case.
Then there's the ACTV500TWS. These headphones offer 6mm speaker drivers plus Comply Foam Tips for a snug fit inside your ears. They've also got IPX5 certification, meaning they're water and splash proof, and 6.5 hours of battery life plus 26.5 hours of additional charge from the case. The ACTV500TWS includes wireless charging and quick charge, too.
Expect both the SOCL500TWS and ACTV500TWS to launch in Europe and the US at prices of €79.99/$79.99 and €99.99/$99.99, respectively.
