OnePlus is expected to introduce two new versions of its next flagship. Yesterday we saw the OnePlus 8 Pro leak out in clear images, and now the other device is leaking out, too.
The OnePlus 8 looks similar to the OnePlus 8 Pro, but the rear camera setup is a bit different on the non-Pro model. Images shared by Pigtou and OnLeaks show that the regular OnePlus 8 doesn't have the fourth camera sensor that's present on the Pro model, and the flash on the OnePlus 8 is below the triple camera array rather than to the left of it like on the Pro.
Outside of that difference, the OnePlus 8 design is largely the same as the OnePlus 8 Pro. There's a hole-punch in the upper left of the screen where the selfie camera lives, there are slim bezels at the top and bottom of the screen, and there's a USB-C port on the bottom of both models.
The specs of the OnePlus 8 are rumored to include a 6.55-inch FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 865 sensor, and a triple rear camera array that includes a 48MP main sensor as well as 16MP ultra wide and 2MP macro cams. A 4300mAh battery is also expected to be included along with 30W Warp Charge 30T fast charging, 8GB/12GB RAM options, and 128GB/256GB storage options.
While the OnePlus 8 is looking like it'll have a flagship-tier spec list, rumors say it won't be quite as high-end as the OnePlus 8 Pro. The Pro model is expected to get a higher 120Hz refresh rate plus wireless charging and an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, both of which would be firsts for OnePlus. That said, those features are likely to make the OnePlus 8 Pro pricier than the non-Pro model, so the regular OnePlus 8 could be attractive as the lower cost of the new OnePlus flagships.
