This update fixes a bug with Communication Limits that would allow a child to get around the contact block by adding an unknown phone number to their contacts list. Also included is a toggle to disable Location Services used by the U1 Ultra Wideband chip inside the new iPhones, an issue that some users noticed when their location was being accessed even when they had disabled Location Services in their Settings app.
Apple says that iPhone and iPad owners can also expect a fix for a bug that would cause a momentary delay before you could edit a Deep Fusion photo on iPhone 11 and 11 Pro. There's a fix for a CarPlay bug that could cause distorted audio during phone calls on some devices, too, as well as a bug that could cause multiple undo dialogs to appear in Mail.
