Less than one month after AT&T first launched its low-band 5G network, the number of cities with the coverage has nearly doubled.
AT&T low-band 5G is now live in 19 cities. The new batch of cities includes New York City, Baltimore, Las Vegas, and Philadelphia. Here's the full list of the nine new cities where AT&T low-band 5G is live:
Other cities where you can find AT&T low-band 5G include Birmingham, AL; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; Indianapolis, IN; Rochester, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Providence, RI; and Milwaukee, WI. AT&T plans to offer nationwide 5G coverage in the first half of 2020.
To access this coverage, you'll need need a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G and either an Unlimited Extra or Unlimited Elite plan.
AT&T also offers a its 5G+ network, which is high-band 5G coverage that's currently only available to business customers. AT&T 5G+ is live in parts of 25 cities, including Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Jacksonville, FL; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; and Baltimore, MD. AT&T plans to bring 5G+ coverage to cities like Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, and Miami in the future.
