Google is gifting Stadia Pro players with more free games.
Stadia Pro subscribers will get Farming Simulator 19 and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for free. Both games will be available starting at 9:00 am PST on December 1st. To claim them, just open the Stadia app, click "Store", and claim them under the "Stadia Pro Games" section.
You'll continue to have access to these games for as long as you remain a Stadia Pro subscriber. That means that if you let your subscription lapse or cancel it, you'll lose access to those free titles.
Here's what Google has to say about the two free games:
Farming Simulator 19
Become a modern farmer and develop your farm on two huge American and European environments, filled with exciting new farming activities, crops to harvest and animals to tend to. Drive over 300 authentic vehicles and machines now including John Deere - but also Case IH, New Holland, Challenger, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, Krone, Deutz-Fahr, and many more. Grow your farm online with other players!
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
The cinematic action-adventure that forced Lara Croft to grow from an inexperienced young woman into a hardened survivor has been re-built, featuring an obsessively detailed Lara and a stunningly lifelike world. To survive her first adventure and uncover the island’s deadly secret, Lara must endure high-octane combat, customize her weapons and gear, and overcome grueling environments. The Definitive Edition of the critically-acclaimed action-adventure includes digital versions of the Dark Horse comic, Brady games mini-artbook and combines all of the DLC.
Stadia Pro is priced at $9.99 per month and includes up to 4K resolution, 5.1 surround sound audio, exclusive discounts on game purchases, and additional free games that'll be released "regularly". While features like support for 4K resolution and 5.1 surround sound are nice, the free games feature will probably be the biggest driver to get people to subscribe to Stadia Pro, and so it's good to see Google already adding a couple of new titles. Here's to hoping that they continue to do so on a regular basis.
