Another week, another iOS beta release.
Apple is now rolling out iOS 13.3 beta 3. The update is now available to registered developers, who can get it by going into Settings > General > Software Update on their enrolled device. We'll likely see a public beta for members of the Apple Beta Software Program in the next day or two.
There are a few notable features and tweaks in the iOS 13.3 beta update. Communication Limits is a new Screen Time feature that allows parents to control who their child can contact during downtime and Screen Time.
Also included in the update is support for FIDO2-compliant security keys that use NFC, USB, and Lightning. With them, you can have a physical two-factor authentication method on your iPhone rather than relying on a software option.
Apple has added a toggle that prevents Animoji and Memoji stickers from showing up in the emoji keyboard in iOS 13.3, and it's also added an option to save the edited version of a video that you're editing rather than saving over the original clip. Another tweak is that Apple has updated the Watch app icon to change the color of the Digital Crown from black to gray.
