Hot on the heels of a leak that showed off two versions of Motorola's upcoming Moto G8, some renders of a Moto E6 Play have surfaced.
Compared to the Moto E6 that launched earlier this year, the Moto E6 Play has a couple of upgrades that are immediately apparent. The images from Mobielkopen show that the Moto E6 Play will have a different rear camera and flash setup than the standard E6, and there's what looks to be a fingerprint reader built into the Motorola logo on the phone's backside.
Other features that we can spot in the leaked renders include a single front facing camera that's sitting above a display that may have an 18:9 aspect ratio, a microUSB port on the bottom, and a 3.5mm headphone jack up top.
There's no spec information available for the Moto E6 Play quite yet, but it'll likely slot in-between the Moto E6 and Moto E6 Plus models that are already available. It may not have the dual rear camera setup of the Moto E6 Plus, but this Moto E6 Play could have some improved specs over the standard Moto E6, like perhaps a better processor or larger battery.
Motorola is hosting an event in Brazil on October 24th, and while it's expected that the Moto G8 Plus and Play will be shown there, this Moto E6 Play could also get an official reveal.
