A nifty Gmail trick is now making its way to more Android phones.
Smart Compose for Gmail is now expanding to all Android devices after launching as a Pixel 3 exclusive in October 2018. When it arrives for you, you'll see a pop-up explaining how Smart Compose works when you begin composing an email.
After you begin typing some words, Smart Compose will suggest some words that you can insert into your message. Just swipe right on the text and the suggestion will be placed into your email. If you don't want Smart Compose, you can disable it in Gmail's settings.
This is a nice feature to help you save some time while composing emails in Gmail, and it's nice to see it finally expand beyond the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. If you use Gmail on your Android phone, let us know if Smart Compose has made its way to you!
