HMD Global has been working to roll out Android Pie to its various Nokia smartphones, including the Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 5.1 Plus. Now we know when other Nokia phones will get their slice of Pie.
More Android Pie updates will be rolling out to Nokia phones in the first half of 2019. HMD Global's Juho Sarvikas has posted a roadmap for these updates, revealing when phones like the Nokia 5, Nokia 3.1, and Nokia 1 will be updated to Android Pie. Here's the list so far:
HMD Global has been one of the best Android device makers when it comes to updating its phones to Pie, and so it's good to see that there are several more rollouts planned for the coming months. One phone that's missing from this list is the Nokia 2, so we'll have to wait and see if that phone gets a piece of Pie just like all of its Nokia siblings.
Revealing our Android Pie update roadmap! We were the fastest in deploying Android Oreo 8.0 and 8.1 portfolio wide, with Android Pie we are committed to be even faster.
