Two days after pushing out iOS 12.1.2 to the public, Apple has released a new beta update for developers.
A beta update for iOS 12.1.3 is now available to registered developers. It's available by going into Settings > General > Software Update on your iOS device, or by pointing your web browser at Apple's Developer Center.
This new iOS 12.1.3 beta update appears to include many of the same changes that were in previous iOS 12.1.2 betas. The iOS 12.1.2 update that Apple released to the public this week includes some emergency bug fixes and tweaks to try and help Apple avoid a sale ban in China, so it appears that the new features that were originally meant for iOS 12.1.2 have been moved to iOS 12.1.3.
There's no word yet on when Apple might release iOS 12.1.3 to the public.
