After allowing you to message businesses from Business Profiles on Google last year, the company is now making it easier to access those conversations.

The Google Maps apps for Android and iOS will now display your messages with businesses you contact via Business Profiles. Just open the side menu of the app and you'll see a "Messages" section. This rollout also means that Google users in more countries will be able to message businesses for the first time.

Speaking of businesses, Google is also rolling out a new Google My Business app today. The new app includes a Post button to make it easy for business owners to upload a photo or create an offer or event and add it to your business profile on Google. The new Google My Business app has a Customers tab where you can see all of the people messaging you, following you, booking your services, and leaving a review.

The new Google My Business app is now available for Android and iOS.
