When Google revealed the Pixel Slate last month, it spilled most all of the important details of its new tablet, save for one: the release date. Now it looks like that info has been revealed as well.
The Pixel Slate is now available for pre-order at Best Buy and the Google Store. What's notable is that Best Buy says that if you pre-order the Pixel Slate, you can "get it by Release Day Thu, Nov 22". Google only says that pre-orders will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Best Buy is selling three versions of the Pixel Slate — the 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB models — as well as the Pixel Slate Keyboard ($199) and Pixelbook Pen ($99) accessories. Google, of course, is selling all five versions of the Pixel Slate and all of its accessories.
As a refresher, the Pixel Slate is a new Chrome OS tablet from Google. It's got a 12.3-inch 3000x2000 LCD screen, between 4GB and 16GB of RAM, and between 32GB and 256GB of built-in storage. There are 8MP front and rear cameras on the Pixel Slate as well as two USB-C ports for charging, 4K display output, and data transfer, and an accessory connector for the Pixel Slate Keyboard. The processor in the Pixel Slate ranges from an Intel Celeron processor up to an 8th Gen Intel Core i7, depending on which model you select. Rounding things out is a fingerprint reader to help you quickly unlock the Pixel Slate.
