A new Google Assistant feature is now rolling out to help make your day a little better.
Google today launched a new Google Assistant feature that'll give you a brief news summary about people working to solve problems for the world. Just say "Hey Google, tell me something good" to get some news that'll hopefully make your day better.
The news stories shared by Google Assistant come from a variety of news outlets and are curated and summarized by the Solutions Journalism Network. This nonpartisan, nonprofit group works to spread the practice of solutions journalism, which works to show how problems are solvable and how doing better is possible.
This new "Hey Google, tell me something good" feature is now available in the U.S. on any Google Assistant-enabled device, including phones and Google Home.
