Many shoppers are already looking forward to Amazon Prime Day 2018, which will take place on Monday, July 16th. This annual global shopping event has already been regarded as a can’t-be-missed retail sales holiday. For Verizon, however, there seems to be no reason to wait for a couple days more to get your hands on an exciting Android smartphone deal.
Earlier today, Verizon revealed a BOGO (Buy One Get One) Free promotion on some of its flagship smartphones. Among the devices you can get under this BOGO deal include the following:
If you are interested in one of these devices, you only need to add the second device with a monthly payment. If the BOGO deal is qualified, you will be receiving a $799.99 credit to your account throughout the 24-month period. If the phone you choose costs over $799.99, you will have to pay for the price difference for the second handset.
In addition to offering a BOGO deal on the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, Verizon is also offering a $649.99 discount on these two devices. This means you only need to pay an upfront fee of $200 if you decide to get the Pixel 2 XL. Meanwhile, if you go for any of the Samsung devices on the list, you will be getting a free 64GB microSD card.
The agreement that Verizon has set is that the second phone you select must be activated under a new line. Otherwise, you won’t be getting a credit to your account.
As announced, the BOGO deal does not require a device to trade-in. Instead, you will need to remain a Verizon customer for two years.
