If you're interested in adding some smarts to your television, Amazon's got a couple of deals for you right now.
Amazon is currently discounting both its Fire TV Stick and Fire TV with 4K Ultra HD (shown above). Both devices offer apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Sling TV, and PlayStation Vue, and more, as well as a browser for viewing sites like YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
Both models also include an Alexa Voice Remote. With Amazon's Alexa digital assistant, you can use your voice to search for content and launch apps on your Fire TV Stick or Fire TV. You can also control smart home products from Nest, Philips Hue, Wemo, Ring, and more.
So what's the difference between the two models? While the Fire TV with 4K Ultra HD is a bit larger than the Fire TV Stick, it crams in support for 4K Ultra HD resolution and HDR. The Fire TV Stick only offers video up to 1080p HD. So if you've got a 4K TV or you think you might buy one at some point in the future, it's definitely worth it to spring for the Fire TV with 4K Ultra HD over the Fire TV Stick.
Amazon says that these deals will only be available for a limited time, so if you're interested in getting a good deal on a Fire TV, you may want to act soon. You can view both models by using the links below.
