This week is off to a good start for T-Mobile customers.
T-Mobile is now updating its Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8 Active to Android Oreo. Both updates are around 1.3GB in size, with the Note 8 getting bumped to version N950USQU3CRC2 while the S8 Active is moving to version G892USQU1BRC4.
Both phones are receiving similar improvements, including Oreo features like picture-in-picture, autofill, and notification dots. They're also getting new clock styles for the lock screen and Always On Display and Samsung Keyboard improvements as well as the March 1, 2018 Android security patches.
These over the air updates have just started hitting phones, so if you've got a T-Mobile Note 8 or S8 Active, you should see it on your phone in the next few days. If you don't feel like waiting, you can manually check for it by going into Settings > Software update > Download updates manually.
