Google is once again improving its Files Go file management app.
Google today announced three changes coming to Files Go. The first is a file search feature that'll let you search for files just like you search the web. This includes instant results, search history, autocomplete, and filters, and it works offline, too.
Files Go will also show you where your duplicate files are. When the app suggests a duplicate file for deletion, you can tap the "i" button to see its location.
Finally, Files Go now works with Google Photos. Once you've backed up your photos and videos to Google Photos, the Files Go app will detect that and suggest that you delete those files from your device to free up space.
Have you tried Files Go yet? If not, you can hit up the Play Store to download it now.
