After rolling out its first iOS 11.3 beta at the end of January, Apple today unleashed its second beta version of the update.
iOS 11.3 beta 2 is now available for registered developers. The update can be downloaded over the air by going into Settings > General > Software Update on your iOS device if it's enrolled in the developer program, or you can get it by going to Apple's Developer Center website.
iOS 11.3 brings with it several new features. There are four new Animoji — a dragon, a bear, a skull, and a lion — and the ability to display battery health and recommend if a replacement battery is needed. Users can also see if their device's performance is being slowed as a result of their old battery and disable that performance throttling if they'd like.
Other new features of iOS 11.3 include augmented reality improvements with ARKit 1.5, Business Chat for Messages, music videos in Apple Music, Advanced Mobile Location that'll automatically send your location when you call emergency services, and Health Records, which will store your health data from multiple providers in a single place.
Apple has said that iOS 11.3 will launch to the public this spring.
